We need to know all about everything, lifes dirty little secrets. Life getting you down? Any new house problems? Neighbours ok? Nasty looking rash appeared somewhere discreet? Tell us something! We can't just read about training, we need stuff to rant about and vent.
 
If you don't have anything to moan about then we will just all assume your life is perfect and then end up liking you even less.

"speed" bench press - 5x4 60kg, got faster as the sets progressed
Side lat raise - 10,8,8 12.5kg drop 8x5kg
EZ cable curls - 3x5 140lb drop 8x70lb
