He’s always been antagonistic. It’s in his nature.

Crack on brother good to see work is easing off and you can focus on those gainz again.

No Mr DV special cigarettes for me, the bird and the brother in law had a brownie each with his girlfriend looking on in disgust.
Bird completely whitied later on because she was drinking as well and she'd never done it before. My fault really for not telling her, but it was pretty funny watching her sit in a restaurant with her head on the table while the rest of us tucked into a steak dinner.

Bench press - 4x8 87. 5kg 75%ish
Lat pull down - 3x5 83kg drop 10x45kg
Incline BB press - 9,5 70kg 20x30kg 12xbar
Seated machine row - 3x5 200lb drop 10x100lb

Completely ran out of steam for the incline pressing, in fact the pressing in general was a lot heavier and harder than it should be.

Speed bench - 6x3 60kg as usual gets quicker and easier the more sets in
Side lat raise - 3x8 12.5kg drop 15x5kg
EZ cable curls - 3x5 150lb drop 8x70lb
Rope triceps extensions - 3x5 140lb drop 12x70lb
DB concentration curls - 3x6 15kg drop 10x7.5kg
Pissed around trying triceps exercises that didn't agrevate my elbow, gave up in the end
