If the squats are still hurting the back maybe time to ditch them?

I've been having some success with leg ext, ham curls and hip thrusters.

Do you get tight hips, glutes and hams as a result of the sciatica Brett?

Speed bench - 4x5 60kg, relatively snappy today and with more of a pause
Side lat raise - 3x8 10kg drop 8x5kg kept form very tight
EZ cable curls - 3x5 160lb drop 8x80lb
Dips - went far too low the first couple of sets and it was just generally quite painful but especially in the front delts, didn't go as low and did a couple of sets of 8. Will see how they go again next week
DB concentration curls - 4,4,3 17.5kg drop 8x7.5kg
V bar triceps extensions - 3x8 150lb drop 12x80lb

25 minutes on the.......... Bike!! Mother fukcing bike! Couldn't get on a single treadmill, do these swines not know who they're messing with???

That is just far too much in-depth information about how the session went!

Who are you and what have you done with Newcastle?!

Box squat - 5x120kg, 5x100kg, 2x3 80kg speed reps. I've been extremely tight in the areas above and is making squatting 5hit. Not sure where to take my squat now as I had been trying to peak for a 1RM but it's just not the time.
SLDL - 3x5 92.5kg drop 5x60kg
Leg extensions - 3x12 59kg
Seated ham curl - 3x8 60kg drop 12x27kg

10 minutes treadmill 1 mile.

Bench press - 4x3 97.5kg 85ish%
Lat pull down - 4,3,3 93kg drop 15x39kg 93kg was a little too much of a stretch today, rep's weren't quite as tidy as I would have liked
Incline DB press - 3x5 37.5kg drop 10x17.5kg
Seated chest supported row - 3x5 220lb drop 12x100lb

12 minutes treadmill, 1.23 miles
