"written" it... Also a comma after 'it'.

4, 3, 3 x 93kg, drop 15x39kg - 93kg was a little too much....

At my age I just saw lots of numbers and got confused, then when I wrote it out in the next post it made sense.

(I am also super conscious of my grammar and punctuation now, I am bound to trip up and make myself look foolish LOL)

No. You can put the comma where you want to emphasise.

An interjection such as 'oh' should generally be punctuated. As used I guess an exclamation mark would have been better though. What comma are you referring to BTW? I know you know you should have used the second comma.

I fear this could now become a year long game.

DV, it’s taken since November 2014 to get him to start writing in sentences. Don’t spook him now.

Speed bench - 4x5 60kg seemed relatively snappy
Side Lat raise - 3
x8 10kg drop, 10x5kg
EZ cable curl - 3x4 170lb drop, 8x80lb
Dips - 4x8 BW, definitely still a bit of pain in the front delts, strangely it would seem not going too deep is the trick here
DB concentration curl - 3x5 17.5kg drop, 6x10kg
V bar triceps extension - 3x5 170lb drop 12x80lb

10 minutes treadmill

Do you get tight hips, glutes and hams as a result of the sciatica Brett?

Late reply I know mate! Sorry! But yes, they are all tight. I don't stretch either so I am my own worst enemy.

Lol @ you boys playing your punctuation games!

Game?!! GAME!!!?? That's the sort of attitude that results in people making remarks like 'LOL' in real life rather than actually laughing and sending completely illegible texts or emails full of acronyms and smiley faces that take half an hour to decipher!

Have you increased your exercise number, Newcy?
