Dav did site some studies evidence I'm sure. He was certainly positive about the results he experienced IIRC.

Bit more to today's session compared to yesterday's, back to back bench work too. Tru-Bro

Yeah I'm sure he referenced some new studies in his journal. He also mentioned his testing various dosages. Just involves you trawling through his pages to find those answers though mate.

And nice dips BTW

I've had a sift through Davs journal and I can't seem to find any information on actual doses and what kind he's using. Or find the study......

When was last time you had a blood test?

If your brothers are also suffering it’s 100% down to a genetic trait(Low T or something) (unless you all eat DBOL for breakfast!)

As much as I’ve read that it helps with gyno, I just don’t think people should put 100% faith. If it is proven to work why isn’t it at clinical trials?

Have you tried letro?

If it’s affecting you you need to get an appointment with an endo. Fvck whatever your GP says. Go see an Endo

Or you could just

^^^ LMAO

I think from memory newcy tried letro before.

Just because something isn't medically proven doesn't mean that it is b0llocks. At one stage nothing was medically proven. Considering it's cheap, available everywhere, not illegal and no real side effects I would give it a good hearty bash. If the info isn't in Dav's journal (sorry I really did think he posted about how much he used) then I would definitely PM him he pops in from time to time. No doubt would be happy to help mate.

Never said it was bollocks. Just that you shouldn’t put all your eggs in one basket. If he hasn’t seen a specialist endocrinologist and had a full hormone panel done and actual proper medical investigation, seems a bit stupid going to Asda and spending £1.50 on a jar of spice!

LOL fair enough. Jar of spice would be cheaper though I'll guarantee so that would be my first port of call.

But I definitely agree a full blood panel would be worthwhile as well

Have you tried letro?

It’s rough stuff, I’m sure I’d remember if you have. I remember everything (mostly)

If it’s not AAS related, and your bloods are fine (so T&E are not out of wack), is it definately gyno?

Maybe you just have extra sexy tits?

How lean are you?

Is it apparent when viewing your sexy tits or only when you feel your sexy tits?

I’d like to say we need pics of your sexy tits but that made me a bit uncomfortable

The nipples are pretty sore, I'm almost certain it's gyno. My brother was referred to the breast Cancer clinic, his isn't cancer, he was told its gyno. My doctor told me the same thing
I'm not lean at all.

Has your brother used supps before then? Sounds like it could be a family genetic thing. If that’s the case I imagine as soon as you find a solution any cessation of that treatment will mean it comes back naturally.

That's some nice box squatting mate.

I use turmeric and recommend my clients to too for the anti inflammatory properties, it does help in that respect.

Do you change your grip format for pull downs, V bar, or ropes, or underhand etc
