Side Lat raise - 11,9,8 12.5kg drop 8x5kg
EZ cable curl - 3x4 180lb drop, 8x90lb
Dip machine - 3x8 80kg (2 plates a side) drop, 25x40kg
DB concentration curl - 1x20kg, 4x17.5, 5x15, 8x7.5kg
V bar triceps extension - 3x5 200lb drop, 15x100lb

Couldn't get on the bench for love nor money and forgot phone so no treadmill. A very odd session indeed.

Bench press - 3x3 102.5kg 90ish%, bar was bent felt weird
Hammer grip lat pull down - 3x8 86kg drop 8x45kg, grip change due to the suggestion by Dirty V
Seated chest supported row - 3x6 240lb drop, 12x100lb
Incline BB press - 3x15 60kg drop, 15xbar

10 minutes treadmill 1.12 miles.

Speed bench - 5x3 65kg, relatively snappy
Side Lat raise - 11,9,7 12.5kg drop, 10x5kg
DB curls-5x20, 22.5, 25kg drop, 10x15kg
Seated triceps dip machine - 3x12 80kg drop, 20x40kg
OH DB extensions - 3x10 30kg drop, 10x20kg
EZ bar curl - 3x3 47.5kg drop, 10x27.5kg

Nearly every arm exercise was a forced change due to not being able to get on anything. Was needed looking back in hindsight and will keep the changes.

10 minutes treadmill 1.17 miles.

65kgs to you should be more than snappy mate, should be a warm up weight.
 
Evening training sucks absolute arse. Between 5-7 = full of cvnts.

Chest supported machine row - 7,7,5 240lb, drop 15x100lb, grip failed due to sweaty hands, may use straps next week
