Yeah I know what you're saying, but in order for me to improve with pull ups I need to do them often. I really need to install a chin up bar at home somewhere.
MyProtein The Myprotein range not only includes the finest quality bodybuilding staples such as: Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate, but are also spearheading the sports nutrition market with innovative products.

In order for you to improve with Bench, you need to Horizontal Row! You don’t Bench big without a thick back! Pull-ups are for width, Rows are for thickness, stability. And it’s even more important now you don’t deadlift anymore.

I love rows. Chest supported rows are the best nothing more satisfying than that big squeeze.

1000mg tablets do not exist. Please link if you can find them. Best for the price is 690mg.
This is the same scenario as magnesium.

Best for the price? When youre dealing with b!tch tits, price surely doesn’t really factor within reason?

The top one you posted is exactly the one I'm getting mate. If you cast your beedy eye to the label though you will notice it is per serving and not per tab. Serving is two tabs which equates to 690mg per tab.
Price is always a consideration my pedigree chum.

Squat - 10x3 90kg, nice and light, getting used to the change in form
Bench press - 10x3 97.5kg, starting to get a little more difficult but never really in doubt. Set 8 was the best of the lot

12 minutes treadmill 1.31 miles.

Can't you poop before treadmill?

Nice work though. The training... not the poop.

Finally, the word poop arrives once again. Love the fact you reference the general public as if they are beneath you... which of course they are...

I got mugged off once with Magnesium capsules, strongest serving on the market, turned out one serving was 2 capsules. So instantly halved my 2-month supply down to the 1 month. Expensive as well, sacked magnesium off after that.
