i got the poop bit, i just referred to the other side of the joke as it was clearly double sided.

Treadmill must be a difference of ten minutes? I can usually get the earlier poop train if I sit at the station.

EZ curls - 12,8,6 27.5kg very short rest
V bar triceps extension - 20,12,10,6 100lb, 10x70lb

SLDL off a 25kg plate - all 60kg 10 reps without plate, belt and straps. 3x5 with plate, 1st set with straps last 2 with straps and belt
Low hammer row - 5x20kg, 30,40,50,50,50 10x20kg 1 arm at a time

No, with all my back issues I feel I need to pay extra special attention to the muscles intended to be used. If I'm concerned about secondary things like grip focus is elsewhere and that's when bad things happen.

Bench press - 3x2 102.5kg drop, 15x60kg. Was supposed to be 10x3 102.5kg but the third just wasn't there on any of the sets. Very strange as last session was 10x3 100kg. The idea is definitely not to drop this much in performance in one week.

What could have caused that drop? Anything hindering recovery or anything.
 
Do you mean 10x2 then as you wrote 3x2 on your bench?
