What could have caused that drop? Anything hindering recovery or anything.

Do you mean 10x2 then as you wrote 3x2 on your bench?

I need to weigh myself as I may have dropped a little weight. Work is pretty tough and my hours have been extended so it could very well be that.
No mate, the 2nd rep was a struggle so just reduced it right down.

Squat - 4x3 105kg drop, 8x60kg felt horrible
Bench press - 3x10 70kg, felt very heavy and very uncomfortable in my pec

7 minutes treadmill then needed to go for a sh1t.

I think I'm going to have a few weeks off and access things. I proper had to make myself go tonight and when I got there everything just felt awkward. I'm just not enjoying training at the moment.

Time for a change of tact or structure perhaps

I think you've been doing the same thing for quite a while? Or very similar at least.

I think you’re not enjoying it because you can’t sauce it up. You’ve wanted to for ages. Nothing will give you the drive in the gym IMO. Can you not find a compound that won’t flare it?

Animal, you really are a clever cat. That's definitely part of it, compound such as? I just want to do modest test doses.
Like I thought I'm 5lb down this week which is good but obviously terrible for strength. Strength will be put on the back burner for the minute and just do a couple of light full body sessions a week.
I think I'm going to ditch standard barbell squats and replace with goblet squats.

Could you manage a TRT dose and then just stick with non-aromatase supps like tbol or SD?

Surely this could be worth a shot? With an AI on hand?

Moderate is where it’s at! Bud, you should not have any issues with 400 - 500 test a week and you can even pre-empt with an Ai. If you do get nip flare on that dose, then gear is just not for you and I would highly advise seeking an endocrinology appointment.

If I were you I’d go with 150 test and 150 tren for a blast. That’s a low dose of test and a starter dose of tren. I highly doubt you’ll have any progesterone issues on that dose. I wouldn’t normally recommend tren on the first go but it’s a way to have a decent cycle without tons of test . For orals, Winny will not aromatise at all.

Strength can come later mate, strength is a hard grind and you have to be in the right frame of mind. I’m doing 1-2 light fullbodys a week (I didn’t even write down my last session - first time ever!) and I feel I’m not losing any muscle.. But I’m the lightest and nattiest I’ve ever been and it’s doing wonders for me right now! Take some time to chill, plan a small cycle, and come back smash some gains when you’re ready

Tbh homer, Brett I'm just going to stick with test and no orals when I do actually begin. I need to try and get on top of the issue first though.

Have you done it before Newcastle? Is this gyno thing from previous use or just something you've got?
