When I started training 2yrs ago I used to be really skinny and weighed under 8st and found it almost impossible to put on weight.
I now weigh 10.5st which has come from training hard 3times a week getting plenty of rest and trying to sort my diet out (although this still needs sum serious attention!)
My advice would not be to focuss on training your forarms but concentrate on using compound movements such as squats/DL/Rows/Chins which will help develop your whole body and will help your forearms grow aswell as your overall strangth and size. This will give you alot more confidence than just bigger forarms!
As for six hrs a day well thats got to be impossible if you train hard, just remember it wont happen overnight, it takes a long time but if you sort out a good routine and diet, train hard and results will come!!!!!!!!!!!
