QUARK

ive just bought a tub of quark instead of cottage cheese, thought it would make a change,
how do u guys manage a full tub of it? it's a bit sticky to get down all in one.

    When i was bulking i managed 2 in one sitting.

    Just have plenty of liquids with you and eat it slowly, perhaps with something else.

    at the minute i'm eating it on ryvita. i'm bulking but i don't think i could manage 2 full tubs

    i could do 2 easy, have some sugar free jam or honey with it and mix it up. it tastes live

    Mix in with a bit of milk to get a good consistancy.

    I'm just the opposite, cottage cheese I can't go near Quark I could eat all day

    Normally have a tub a night in one sitting no probs.

    i just mix it with fat free natural yoghurt and a bit of cinnamin MMMMMMMMMM GORGEOUS!!

    I mix a tub with a bit of natural yoghurt, a spoonfull of honey or sugar free jam, a scoop of whey and a bit of fruit

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    I have half a tub, scoop of whey and splenda. Mix it all with water and neck in 5 seconds.

    mix it with sugar free jelly crystals, half a pack per tub. It taste like cheesecake topping.
