Quad Injections

Hi, gotta do my 1st Quad inection this afternoon as have got a bit of scar tissue build up in left glute. I have looked on spot injections and know where I'm jabbing but I was wondering if it is easier to jab sitting or standing?

Standing is easy too, just rest most of your bodyweight on the other leg and lift up your jabbing leg slightly.

Feels a bit funny when you hit a nerve though its only a split second thing anyway.

I did feel a real intense pain when the needle was about halfway in, I presume this was a nerve??? I also found it harder to push the oil in the quad, is this normal????

personally I prefer to do my delts to my legs, it always seems to be sorer when I do my thighs, probably the soress place and most aggrivating.
