Cinnamon goes well with it, a touch of lemon and fruit is also tasty.
I often slackened it with a little milk, added some vanilla flavour and it makes a great yoghurt-style dessert.
It makes an awesome baked cheesecake filling too if you were keen on that sort of thing?

Add some whey in a flavour of your choice... Then destroy it :)

Caramel flavouring and crushed sweetener tabs, with dark chocolate shavings on top is my favourite.

Never tried savoury uses with it though.  A guy I knew used to add curry powder to his...

This is by far the best way I've eaten it.

Add whey to it and stir!!! Add the amount of whey your require to bump up your intake.

Or put it in freezer for an hour take out and stir then another hour in freezer, makes ice cream whey quark desert.

STEP 1 - Admit you have a problem.
Hi my name is Wannabebigger and i have Bigorexia (muscle dysmorphia).

I used to make low fat/carb cheesecake with it.  Added sweetener, vanilla and a little gelatin to the quark for the topping (careful with the gelatin, too much and it turns to rubber).  Struggled with finding a decent base though.  Something like granola or a big rice cake would be good.

Actually, you could make single serving cheesecakes using individual rice cakes for bases...  hmmmm.
