Question With Nutrition

Hi Guys,
 
Ultra Newbie here. Just a quick question, so basically when bulking up you need an excess of your caloric intake right? Would it be fine if your main source of calorie would be like a 500g of organic wheat (PENNE) pasta, which has around 1700 cal summing up the 500g. Which also has about a 300+ Carb content.
 
So will it be alright to do and eat pasta for the duration of your bulking period. Like the main source of your calories are from the pasta itself. (Like 2300 cals from pasta alone)

    Do you not like sweet pots, rice or oats...??? there is no issue with just eating pasta if thats what you like then eat pasta just you may bore of eating it all time!!!! Im the same i eat oats oats & more oats.

    I see. I do like the rest, it's just that for me, it's a bit easier to prep to be consumed within 3 days to 4 days? Or maybe its just me. So I guess it's alright though. :)

    Will it be possible to bulk up in lean mass by using p90x as a workout routine? Like still stacking up with excess cals and protein but following the program?
