Question With Nutrition
Ultra Newbie here. Just a quick question, so basically when bulking up you need an excess of your caloric intake right? Would it be fine if your main source of calorie would be like a 500g of organic wheat (PENNE) pasta, which has around 1700 cal summing up the 500g. Which also has about a 300+ Carb content.
So will it be alright to do and eat pasta for the duration of your bulking period. Like the main source of your calories are from the pasta itself. (Like 2300 cals from pasta alone)
Sorry if it is a stupid question. Love to hear your thoughts!
