Question about a crumbly (or similar) base

Hi as per topic, well what I mean is sort of like when you brake or crush some biscuits and add I belive some butter to bind it for a base, is there anything like this as an healthy alternative? I have a plan.

you can with crushed fibre bran sticks cereal and a little quark, so you can make a cheesecake base with it if you wish or toast some oats in the oven and add a bit of honey to bind it

of what mate? Fibre sticks, supermarket own brands id say, theyre like copies of Fibre 1. As for oats economy sakcs will do fine just toast them in the oven for a similiar effect
