Question about supplements

Greetings everyone... I'm starting to workout about 7 months ago, basically i wanna get into good shape, i already saw many changes but i wanna go beyond... the facts are that I'm a total newbie into this area... I'm acquired this supplement:

http://www.keysupplements.com/products/1796.htm

I choose this one based in the reviews of severals sites.

So one this whey supplements's main objectives are bulking and muscle growth right? and the best to drink this are after workout i guess?

Any contribution will be appreciated.

First of all: Diet, diet, diet......Supplements are second. What is your diet like, your workout, stats: age and so on. You will always see gains when you first start, it's called noobie gains but real stuff starts later on. You have to have your diet suited to your goals. I am sure someone may well correct me on this, so wait up and those good and knowlagable folks of MT will give you a guiding hand. Welcome to MT.

See told you so. TT is very good at what he does, he might sound a bit forward but from what I heard he knows his stuff.
