Question about this sample meal plan for cutting

, and it looks very similar to what James did for me a few years back except for the smoothie at 10pm which is over 600cals a serving. That looks like a lot of carbs for that time of night, or am I missing something?. Is that diet for a fairly large guy?, I'm just under 12st and the servings for everything else are only fractionally larger than what I was recomended, although I must admit I can't remember how heavy I was at the time. I think my snack chicken pieces were 80g and there was no oatcakes except prior to training, and no eggs at breakfast just whey
If this for someone similar sized to me then this explains why I've been half dead and starving.
