Question on Gyms

I am in the process of seeing someone to quit smoking permanently. Anyhow, what I blow in the air and my lungs now I could easily put that towards proper gym attendance, anyone near Heathrow that know a good one, poped in to the Princess Club (Clockhouse lane) and it's like £42/month as this is a private club, the sports centre in Feltham I am not too sure about gonna have to find out, I know there is one in Gilettes Corner by PC World. I am realistically looking for something that is quite close so I could maybe bike there, this would give me the cardio workout before hand, also somewhere that would teach me proper training. Cheers for any seggestions.

I live in Hounslow, quite close to Heathrow. There are a few gyms around here. Sounds like you've been to Topnotch and Feltham Community gym, but there are a couple of others:

    1. Olympia fitness in Hayes - proper bodybuilding gym
    2. David LLoyds in Heston - im a member here, has excellent free weights but pricey

Let me know if you need to know anything else!
