Question re: Frankies Mass routine

In your routine there are no exercises for Traps. How will my traps get worked here?

Also how will my calves get worked?

Shall i add in some calf work and traps?

Also what about cardio? I am thinking of doing about 30 mins a day. Should I do this before or after my workout? Will I also birn muscle if I go to hard on cardio.

    traps will grow when doing deads, deads will also work calves and so will squats as well. there is no need to add more exercises as this then becomes counterproductive and a long work out

    how does doing squats work your calves? the only way that i've ever gotten a slight calf workout is when i first pick up the weight off the rack cause i sometimes use my calves to pick up the weight.
