Quick Diet Check People Please (Cutting)

Am about 15 stone give or take a pound or two wanna cut in abit

How does this look

Black coffee when wake up take ECA tab

Cardio 30 mins (Increase to 45 mins after week or so)

Breakfast
4 Boiled eggs or 5 Scrambled , 1/2 cup oats

Work Break:
Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) Banna or Apple - (Only short work break)

Dinner:
200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna , Veg, 1/2 cup of rice

Workout

PWO
25g Protien, 50 Dextrose, 30 Malto

Tea:
200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna, 1/2 cup rice

Before Bed
Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) (Casein, should have said)

Any help in which areas to twek it would be appreciated

Any better?

    **backed up by nothing. suggestions: my beliefs; imo**

    Black coffee when wake up take ECA tab leaving out the coffee and only having the ECA tabs with water would be optimum for fat loss

    4 Boiled eggs or 5 Scrambled , 1/2 cup oats leave out yolks and maybe eat them separate with a protein shake later during the day and add a fruit

    Work Break:
    Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) Banna or Apple - (Only short work break) What's in the protein shake? could add fats, : suggestion above

    Dinner:
    200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna , Veg Please add times. You could add carbs here to fuel your work out

    Workout

    Tea:
    200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna, 1/2 cup rice add vegs maybe

    Before Bed
    Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) again, protein shake = ?

    Have you worked out the total calories & macro split in the diet m8? & could you state meal times & details on protein shake!

    Add a little carbs from, weetabix, oats, rice, etc... at your dinner and reduce the protein a bit there.

    PPWO - Again, reduce the protein a bit here and then up the carbs.

    Before bed - Is this whey or a casein based blend? ? ?

    More ideas here...

    Work Break:
    Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) Banna or Apple - (Only short work break) (DROP THE FRUIT AND ADD SOME OMEGA 3'S - IS THE SHAKE A PROTEIN BLEND?)

    Dinner:
    200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna , Veg, 1/2 cup of rice (DROP MEAT TO ABOUT 125G AND ADD SOME GOOD FATS)

    Workout

    25g Protien, 50 Dextrose, 30 Malto (UP PROTEIN HERE)

    Tea:
    200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna, 1/2 cup rice (LOWER PROTEIN TO ABOUT 150G AND ADD VEG/SALAD)

    Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) (Casein, should have said)

    Any help in which areas to twek it would be appreciated
