Quick Q - Food Storage

Hi all, Cooked some meals last nite and left them out to cool, went to bed and forgot to put them in the fridge, i have now this morning poped them in the fridge, are they ok to eat , or shouldnt chancvce it and throw them.

    should be ok mate, its less than 12 hours. Ive done this and if its been cooled from over 100C then chances are slim to none youll get a upset tummy
