Quick and to the pointless

My chest is too big, my arms and shoulders are too small and my right knee is destroyed atm.
Would this routine help maintain the size of my chest, build my back a bit and make my arms and shoulders grow?

Monday

Bench 3x12
Rows 4x6
WG Pulldowns 4x8

Thursday or friday? not sure

Shoulder Press 4x6
Upright row 3x8
Dips 4x6
Skulls 3x8
CG Chins 4x6
Curls 3x8

Like i said my knee is f**ked atm so cant train my legs or even run hence no squats or deads
My diet is good, getting over 3000 calories a day.

    look at my journal, training routine there, you aint gonna get big shoulders, back, and arms off that routine

    get shreded. 16st 7lbs-15st 7lbs 6ft, to 14st 9lbs (Feb 2011)
