What does PCT and AI meds mean? What are they?

    Nothing wrong with asking questions.

    AIs prohibit the conversion of testosterone (from your juice) to oestrogen (which causes bloat and gyno issues). They also have side effects, and are expensive.

    PCT is simply a cocktail of meds which attempt to get your natural ability to produce testosterone back quicker, the idea being you can hold on to more of your gains.
