Quick question on my cut

Been going well for 5 weeks now and lost 11ib thanks to Gaz and TT for help with the diet etc

Normally I work in an office so sedantary most of the day. In a few weeks I will be working rebuilding our garden for 2 weeks this will involve lots of lifting digging etc
My question is what should I do as far as my diet is concerned, should I keep the protien/carb/fat ration the same and just increase the portion size or should I decrease protien/fats and increase carbs spread over the day or.........................help

Currently eatting simalar to this but not the same everyday but the protien/carb/fats ratio are the same I just mix and match my foods. Currently on around 2400kls per day.

Hope this isnt seen as too much of a silly question but work so hard with my trainning dont want to let anything slip due to poor preperation and for the sake of a new path and pond in the garden

You will need extra energy if you are expending more, yes.

Possibly replace some of the fats in your meals with smaller but frequent portions of carbs - rice, pasta, weetabix, oats, etc...

Just worked out ive been having 100g odd net on non trainning days and then 130g odd on trainning days (3 times a week) but after reading a few articles an post have a feeling this my a little low? Should I increase them a little?

    Cheers

posted in the wrong post lol

Meant to add this to this topic, so would you say working this template that 100g non trainning and 130g trainning is too little?

Its this one http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1830800/tm.htm just with less carbs

I do re-feed up to about 180g but Im going to increase that too 270g every saturday from now on !

Lol yeh i did wonder what you were replying to.

180 grams of carbs is quite low for a refeed.

    Its been a long day

Ok so if I up to say 270-280g net once a week, would the figures of 100g non and 130g trainning days be ok or is that still on the light side?

    As always, I thank you

    No problem mate.

Your figures seems fine, you could reduce the portions during the week, to get the carbs lower, and then have the refeed at the weekend with ~300 grams of carbs.
