Quick questions

O.k 3 things and i only have a couple of hours to find out the awnswers...Is there an alternative to a reverse dumbbell flye, a tricep pushdown and a lying triceps extenstion mainly because i have no machines and not a proper bench.

    Not sure what you mean by reverse d/b flye,is it bent over raise for rear delts,if so don't waste your time.

    Foget pushdowns as for lying tri extensions do them standing.

    Reverse Dumb fly....... Could do just bent over without using a bench
    Tricep pushdown ......... Close Grip press, off the floor (get a spotter)
    Tricep extention .......... This could be done seated or standing

    PS Get acess to a propper bench ASAP!

    Sure, scrap em all and stick to compounds for better results, such isolation exercises as dumb flys for rear delts are largely pointless.

    Reverse Dumb fly....... Barbell Rows hit rear delts
    Tricep pushdown ......... Close Grip bench press
    Tricep extention .......... Close Grip bench press

    what equipment do you have acess to?
