My life has been a little complicated the past week but I've been trying to get into the gym still. Highlights have been Deadlift 5 x 195kg, Squat 5 x 195kg and Bench 3 x 125kg & 2 x 125kg. Bench is starting to get tough now. I'll try 200kg squat x 5 next week but it's gonna be tough. Hopefully 5 x 200kg Deadlift is easy enough. I'm tempted to deload my overhead press though. I'd say the above numbers are pretty reasonable given lack of full of PED's.
