Nobody got any thoughts on that stuff in the link above??  Mr Boyle??
 
Trained overhead press today and managed to get 2 x 102.5kg then 1 x 102.5kg (which pissed me off coz it was meant to be 2) then another 2 x 102.5kg because I was damned if I was leaving without getting that double.  I put it down to being too slack at the bottom of the push.  Once I'd got that in my mind and made sure everything was tight the last double was decent.
 
I'm now about to go and ride some BMX for a couple of hours.  Not sure how that'll go after training.

Not really.
Herbal test booster. Five it a bash. Won't do any harm.

My life has been a little complicated the past week but I've been trying to get into the gym still.  Highlights have been Deadlift 5 x 195kg, Squat 5 x 195kg and Bench 3 x 125kg & 2 x 125kg.  Bench is starting to get tough now.  I'll try 200kg squat x 5 next week but it's gonna be tough.  Hopefully 5 x 200kg Deadlift is easy enough.  I'm tempted to deload my overhead press though.  I'd say the above numbers are pretty reasonable given lack of full of PED's.

How you feeling on the RAD.  I'm into my third week not feeling a great deal to be honest maybe its a slow burner

I'm on 30mg and I can't say that I have "felt" anything.  I think I'd pick Osta over RAD in future.

Finished my RAD a few days ago.  Squat was decent last week with 5 x 200kg done.  Bench was a little disappointing as I missed the double at 130kg.  I got the single convincingly enough but just couldn't pass the sticking point for the second.  I didn't Deadlift last week as I didn't feel like it.  This week I think will be a deload as I've got stress at home and I really can't be bothered to push myself.  I'm not running a SERM for PCT but that tub of Alpha male that I got for free instead.  So far so good.

Yeah I think strength wise the RAD has been decent.  I suppose I couldn't really assess it properly for cutting as my diet effort has been crap in comparison to the Osta run I did.  Osta is still better though in my opinion.

Sorry to hijack your thread mate, I think your right there with strength increase as I'm now into my PCT and the strength and endurance has slipped a bit
