RAD140 run

I started my bottle of RAD140 on Monday.  I don't think I shall do a full log like I usually do but I'll keep you posted on my thoughts as I go.  I'm running it at 30mg a day at the moment and I'm thinking I might buy a second tub to run a longer 10-12 weeks.

I must say following the completion of my PCT after the Halo cycle I've been running BC Revolver 10 daily and I feel pretty fantastic.  Recovery has been great and my strength is really pleasing me.  Wrapless squats yesteday of 175kg - 3 x 5 felt great.  It would be nice to see the RAD140 add more to that and when I finally get a grip of my diet following christmas some nice fat loss.

Sorry mate just to clarify, you used 10mg during your PCT or once you'd completed PCT?

I used 10mg from the start of PCT and then continued using it once I was done with the Nolva.  Defintely a noticable improvement in recovery time and wellness especially after stopping the Nolva.

You mean with the Osta?  If so then not that I noticed but over the christmas period I've not exactly eaten clean with all the temptation surrounding me i've not been strong enough to resist.

RAD140 is only day 3 so nothing to really to report.

Little update, last weeks training finished on Friday with Deadlifts 3 x 5 - 180kg being pulled nice and speedy like.  Everything moving great and feeling good and then I got the lurgy on Saturday.  Spent a couple of days dieing and not training but I went today despite still being a little under the weather and did week 5 of my Coen Bench routine.  Not much exciting going on just 2 x 5 - 105kg which moved easy as I would expect.

I'm loving my new weighted dip/pull up belt and here's a little clip of something I did last week just to beat a friend who did the same but only 3 reps   4 x 40kg pull ups.

Today I did 5 x 10 + 15kg so I'm gonna try 20kg next week and see how I get on.

I'm really struggling to get back on the clean diet wagon and I've been eating crap still.  Using the fact I'm ill as an excuse.  Today the clean up beings though as not all diets start on a Monday.

Already on it.  To be fair at least I've been eating plenty even if some of it isn't the best of choices.  My flu/cold is nearly gone now so I'm back to the hard training from next week.  I'd planned this week as a deload anyway so not much lost really.  Got into the gym yesterday and just did some easy squatting up to 130kg and then a bit of fluff.  Keep myself conditioned so that I don't get crippled by DOMS next week.

Back to training hard again yesterday following last weeks flu episode.  I did 3 hours of BMX which messed me up for the gym session but I still got it done.  Main work on Bench was 2 x 5 - 110kg which was done confidently.  Today my wrists and forearms are aching but I suspect that's from the BMX.

Later I'm going to squat and I must admit I'm quite nervous about it.  Aiming to get 180kg for sets of 5 without knee wraps.  Ideally 3 sets but to be honest I'll take one and be happy if that's all I can do.

It's difficult to say with 100% certainty because my training program is at it's half way point really.  I'm feeling good about where my strength is currently at considering I'm not using anything that would be considered a prohormone.  My Bench yesterday was good at my current body weight of 81.9kg (lost the christmas water already ).

Today's squatting was good.  I got 3 x 5 - 180kg without knee wraps.  I don't think I've even tried 180kg for a set of 5 without knee wraps in the past.  I don't think there's any more in there though so I'll be wrapping up from next week.  Maybe moving onto 190kg??  I'll decide on the day.
