REALLY NEED HELP WITH ABS

Ive not got lots of bodyfat. Most of it is on my stomach u can see my 6 pk faintly but id like to get real muscley toned abs. Was wonderin wat u guys think the best workout to do to work towards this and how many times a week i should do it and would u reckomened i do some joggin perhaps 1 or 2 times a week.Let me know your oppinions will be much apprecciated.

    Use resistance when training abdominals once a week. Train it like any other muscle group.

    See how you get on with that...

    You can do some jogging if you'd like. Would that be the only cardio?

    Cardio+diet is the only solution.
    Maybe adding an eca stack and or clen will help as well.

    I ownly work out at home with just a bench so the only cardio ill do if i do some will just be jogging would u advise i do more than a 5 min jog a week.I was doin two 5 min jogs a week but i read somewhere that if u want to build muscle dont do too much cardio as this will burn of to much of your calories.Was just a bit confused but i think i will start up jogging a bit again thanks.

    Listen to the ppl above, they know what there talking about, if you want good abs, as italian babe suggested, hit your abs hard once per week, you wouldn't squat every day, would you? so why hit the abs anymore then other body parts.

    As CoVetous said diet+cardio is key.
