RIP, Seemed like a genuine man. A real gent.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tan Hauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die

Wow, very rarely am I troubled and genuinely moved by the death of a "celebrity" but I am today.
What a terrible loss of a wonderful figure.
    RIP.

R.I.P, always came across as a genuine and gracious man, the people who knew and worked with him seem to think so too, deserved the honour of being called a Sir.

Hard to imagine another manager guiding Ipswich to a win in Europe
...and if by some miracle he did then it is hard to imagine him staying such a humble chap.

You'd like to think that everyone involved at Newcastle would make it their mission in life to get straight back into the Premiership in his honour but, well, you know, it probably won't work that way will it?
    Bobby Robson they are not.

I was thinking that before Jedi, I would imagine that would be a massive incentive mate, probably shouldn`t be but ever an edge was needed.

    Sad news :(

Wonder how much media time his death will get compared to that nut job jacko, saddens me how such a fuss was made about him.

Sir Bobby was a true gentleman and a great ambassador for english soccer. RIP.

I cannot see it working that way, ever since Newcastle sacked Bobby they have gone down hill and deservedly so imo for sacking a great man,he done a fantastic job in hes time there.
