    after - if u run before then ur tiring urself for lifting, and lifting is more (for a bodybuilder), additionally the fat burning effects of running aren't impacted on by lifting before. it's advantageous thus to lift, then run.

    rite...lift then have some whey if possible and then run, at least ur stores will be depleted...but wut kind of running will u do, cuz u mite not have that much energy to perform ur best
