Happy new year bud.

Isn't your natural T quite high already though? Can't see how TRT would help, as your DNA profiling shows that even though you've got enough natural T, its the mutations that are causing it to not work properly. No harm in trying it though I guess.

How much was the DNA analysis? Recommended?

I know you've been thinking about this for a while. Big decision though mate just be aware of the potential risks, of which I've no doubt you are if you read my post yesterday lol.

Maybe commit to a three month cruise and see how that goes? Be aware a lot of 'self administered TRT' is higher than what a proper TRT level would be. I remember someone saying they found the typical approach of 250mg too much. I think DV cruises at 100mg? Someone even suggest I start at 75mg and increase from there depending on what bloods say.

Happy new year Hom3r mate

Yeah I am naturally high in test for my age the problem is I have mutations that require testosterone to bring them up to speed.The worst one is I am homozygous for COMT ( means I have to mutations in this strand) COMT (Catechol-O-Methyltransferase) breaks down estrogen, catecholamines and neurotransmitters including dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine.Which basically means because I have a double mutation its running slow as fcuk and not clearing all the above out of my body/brain so levels are rising to high and having high levels of these are what are causing my problems.

Now estrogen slows COMT even further so its a downward spiral higher estrogen lower test,testosterone on the other hand speeds COMT up so it can do its job.Now I was born with these mutations but also high test which kept them at bay its only as I have gotten older and test levels dropped that these mutations have come to the fore.

So its my thinking that because although I am naturally high in test its not enough to overcome these mutations and therefore need to get my levels higher to keep them under control as they were not the problem in my younger days as they are now (if this makes any sense LOL).

I would recommended the DNA analysis its from a company called 23and me I can't remember the cost off hand but it wasn't that expensive they initially give you info on your family genetic history but its the raw data part you need you then upload this to Prometheus and it comes back with your genetic mutations list and what they mean.

Sounds complicated but if you go ahead with it mate I can point you in the right direction no worries

Brett LOL yeah the risks are a bit scary but I will be honest without being to dramatic this latest decline in my health damn near killed me I really thought I was done and can't go through that again the strain it put on my body is shocking pretty amazed I am still around to be honest.

I have been looking into this and reckon on a low dose to start off with maybe 80mgs split into two weekly doses 40 mgs e3d then run bloods in 6 weeks to see where to go from there.I do think regular testing and also going off the way I feel is the key to dialling this in.Plus full panel before I start to see where I am at beforehand is pretty essential

Great more fcukin blood tests LOL

Eugene I am thinking of running 80mgs split down into 2 doses e3d to start off with then run bloods in 6 weeks and adjust accordingly.

The thing is because I am naturally high and obviously running test will shut me down its going to bloody difficult to get this dialled in at the start.Going to run a full panel before I start and see what levels I am at now as they are clearly not enough so then can try to calculate what to start off with as 80 might be to low if I am already above that.

Watch me need a litre a week and cost a fcukin fortune LMAO

Todays session was legs/abs now considering I was up till the early hours doing naughty things in the bedroom with the mrs this is a impressive training day LOL

Cable squats 16 kg = 8,8
SL curls 5kg = 12,12
Ext 20 KGS = 8,8
Calf raise 16 KGS = 12,12

Cable crunch 6kgs = 8,8
Sides 2kgs = 12,12
Low crunch 6 KGS = 8,8

Enjoyed it today got through it all no worries I know its not hardly a taxing routine but to me its a milestone now next week feel confident enough to add a extra set into everything obviously keep all the weights the same and work on getting the sets in place first is the main objective.2 days off between routines seems to be working the best at the minute

I am on my back won't be long before I add the mass back on I have lost according to the Mrs I did feel bigger and harder last night LMAO

My mam has finally took my advice and had a stair lift installed she was initially quoted just over 2 grand but has managed to get one secondhand through my aunty for £50 and had it put in.I asked if it was a piece of rope tied to the top bannister which she pulls herself up with and then repels back down.

But by all accounts its supposed to be a good one she uses it to come down the stairs but still walks up because as she put it she only fell down the stairs and not up them how can you argue with that logic LOL

My mum still has one from when she cared for my grandad. Leaves no damn room for walking up the stairs at all tho. Good when pissed however.

Not sure off hand about Dragon pharma but I'm aware of the name

Eugene I enjoyed it so much I went at it again last night although might have over cooked things my lower back was a giving me a bit jip today LOL

Today's session chest/tris
Chest/tris
Bench = 30kgs 3 sets of 8
Db fly's = 6 KGS 3 sets of 12
Incline =_20kgs 3 sets of 8
Pullovers = 6 KGS 3 sets of 12

Pushdowns = 12kgs 3 sets of 8
Rev grip = 8 KGS 3 sets of 12
Rope pulls = 12 KGS 3 sets of 8

Ran the same weights but went up in sets to 3 on everything tris were a burning a bit by the end but on the whole the weights are starting to feel really light (which they are lol) but that's a good sign,the extra sets caused no problem whatsoever finished feeling good and strong.

I managed to set fire to my log burners chimney today there was a hell of a roar which we thought was a plane until I went outside and noticed the flames coming out of the top of the chimney like the NASA shuttles boosters.I flew into action like a professionally trained firefighter with no fear for my own personal safety I tackled the fire head on and it wielded to my expertise.

The truth is I I shuffled along the decking nursing my lower back sex injury and grabbed the hose pipe and blasted water at the chimney whilst shouting please go out you bsatard before you burn my house down for fcuks sake.

I think it might be time to brush the chimney out by all accounts when it sets on fire this is a good indicator that it needs cleaning LOL

You have evolved to using saturated and hydrogenated fats rather than needing the various omegas.

Do you go with a sower tempo while on the lesser loads.
