Do you go with a sower tempo while on the lesser loads.

Sounds like he needs to adopt a slower tempo when dealing with his good lady!

You have evolved to using saturated and hydrogenated fats rather than needing the various omegas.

Do you go with a sower tempo while on the lesser loads.

LOL yeah these healthy fats just make me ill

I do tend to run a slower tempo with no lockouts but sometimes run a quick positive and slow on the negative on every second set just to cover every angle. It makes for good workout even with p1ssy weights LOL

Still waiting for my gear to turn up.Now being new to this gear business I have heard its better to slightly warm it up first as it makes it easier to inject is that true or bollocks?

My Mrs seems overly keen to stick a needle in me I asked her if she was alright with this to which she said "yeah remember I use to inject the horses on the ranch" I remember how scared the horses looked.....maybe dianabol might have been a better idea LOL

I think the oil thins a bit better when warm. Don't know if it's necessary especially in yours and my country lol.

LOL at the chimney antics. Shows how well you are recovering though mate!

Eugene I enjoyed it so much I went at it again last night.

Splendid news dear boy. I do so hope said love tunnel was satisfactory. Keep up the good work.

And warming oil? I've never bothered, but you could always insert the vial into your anus for 20 minutes. That should do it if you're worried.

Brett over here its a bit on the cold side during the day and bloody cold at night at the minute the reason I over stocked the fire and set my chimney on fire, Mind in the summer I will have to keep my gear in fridge or it will evaporate LOL

DV I did read about gently warming the oil as it supposedly made things easier and trust anything that speeds up the process of my Mrs injecting me is a must LOL

Today's episode session back and bis

WG pulldowns 14kgs = 8,8,8
Facepulls 4kgs = 12,12,12
Seated rows 20kgs = 8,8,8
Rev grip pulls 14kgs = 12,12,12

Ez curls 12 KGS = 8,8,8
Rev grip 4 KGS = 12,12,12
Db hammers 8 KGS = 8,8,8

Good one everything went smooth biceps were starting to burn a bit on rev cables and hammers just finished them off nicely.Next time round will have all the sets in place then its time to slowly increase the weight.Forward moving now.

Today I decided it was time to tackle the huge pile of clothes washing that was taking over the corner of my bathroom basically when your trying to take a dump and you have 2 Sherpas and a climbing team in there discussing the best way to the summit ,that tells you its time to sort it out.

Basically it became a war of attrition between me and the Mrs but even though I employed my tramp basic survival skills of wearing clothes till they stink and start to dissolve off your body, I was rapidly running out  and lost the battle. But I have just been online shopping and after a good few hundred quid on wardrobe supplies I will win the next war.

If you can discipline yourself not to go too mad on the larger compounds you can probably look to work some of the iso work and small muscles with a tad more effort without any ill effect.

Your housekeeping skills sound about up there with my step-son (and if I'm drawing a comparison there then you really know sh!ts got bad)

Good to see you getting the sessions in buddy.

I don't usually warm my vials up, the one batch from a certain lab I had I had to though as the PIP was horrendous after unless I did...current lab is fine though, it will draw and jab easier if it is warm so no bad thing mate.

DV That sounds like a good approach tbh concentrating more on the isos first would probably help muscles and tendons etc get back to strength before pushing them on the compounds.and lessen the risk of injury because god knows what damage this last few months has done.

I am usually a domestic god honestly Cinderella gets more time off than me,its just the washing pile became a war unfortunately I underestimated my opponents supplies LOL
