I am watching Steven Seagal in Hard to kill and I am literally crying with laughter one of the funniest films I have seen for while.Although Jean Claude Van Damme is also bloody funny and comes close with poor acting,sh1t scripts and dubious martial art skills.

For pure hilarity you can't beat Seagal the mans away with the fcukin pixies the way he walks when holding a gun looks as if he's trying to hold a sh1t  in fcukin priceless LMAO

Women will always win a battle of wills. Us blokes have to be on our toes and make sure we win the lions share of spur of the moment arguments. My missus would hold out far longer than me under torture, ****in stubborn cow. In fact, the torturer would prob break down under frustration.

This is me, except the beef bit.

And don't let a few lower-back niggles stop you. I fecking wouldn't. Wait until your red raw, then think about stopping.

Todays blood and guts session

Soulders/abs
Sa cable press = 6kgs x 8,8,8
Straight outs = 6kgs x 12,12,12
Uprows = 6kgs x 8,8,8
Sa cable flys 2kgs x 12,12,12

High pulley crunch 4kgs x 8,8,8
Side pulls 2kgs x 12,12,12
Seated crunch 4kgs x 8,8,8

Uprows felt ridiculously light but still not running full sets yet so not adding anything until then
Changed lower cable crunches to seated as wanted to hit abs from a different position (This is infact bullsh1t I saw a massive spider run into the wood pile next to my cable machine and there was no fcukin way on earth I was going to be lying on the floor with that fcuker running about)

Good session in all its feeling far to easy now.l am really liking this routine it has great potential and appears to really suit me.It really should be ran every other day but the 2 days off between sessions is working so I aint messing with that until recovery picks up

Nice to hear that u considering getting shot of the Diazy. I'm gonna slowly wean myself off the Sertraline as I don't think it giving much benefit now that my T levels are higher. God knows what our brains would look like on a scan!

DV thats very true I am now thinking the reason I feel a bit away with the fairies off wine is nothing to do with alcohol but more down to a vitamin overdose dangerous thing getting to much of the healthy stuff
Your mrs new gp sounds more on the ball tbh hopefully they will work back and find the true cause of her problems.I am a big believer now after a sh@t load of research that mental health problems are a by product of a underlying problem elsewhere.

Odyyesy our brains would even show up on a scan LOL
Just take it easy on reducing the meds but I am thinking the exact thing as you,my test levels have a hell of a lot to do with my mental health and once I get it sorted I will have no use for diazepam whatsoever.
Its has helped just to calm my body and mind down and I fcukin needed it but now its time to bin it off and start treating the actual problem and not mask over it with meds.

Cheers Ox mate appreciate it yeah the meds will be binned pretty soon they were a necessary evil but its time to come off and then inject some dodgy stuff from a underground lab but to me that makes perfect sense LOL

The sad fact is I am loving my sessions the weights are ridiculously low and tbh sometimes I find it hard going but I am loving it

I have never been a huge lifter but could shift some respectable weight so dropping so far down to this level was a hell of a shock to say the least.

But I am progressing and staying positive what more could I ask for!!
