DV thats very true I am now thinking the reason I feel a bit away with the fairies off wine is nothing to do with alcohol but more down to a vitamin overdose dangerous thing getting to much of the healthy stuff
Your mrs new gp sounds more on the ball tbh hopefully they will work back and find the true cause of her problems.I am a big believer now after a sh@t load of research that mental health problems are a by product of a underlying problem elsewhere.

Odyyesy our brains would even show up on a scan LOL
Just take it easy on reducing the meds but I am thinking the exact thing as you,my test levels have a hell of a lot to do with my mental health and once I get it sorted I will have no use for diazepam whatsoever.
Its has helped just to calm my body and mind down and I fcukin needed it but now its time to bin it off and start treating the actual problem and not mask over it with meds.

Cheers Ox mate appreciate it yeah the meds will be binned pretty soon they were a necessary evil but its time to come off and then inject some dodgy stuff from a underground lab but to me that makes perfect sense LOL

The sad fact is I am loving my sessions the weights are ridiculously low and tbh sometimes I find it hard going but I am loving it

I have never been a huge lifter but could shift some respectable weight so dropping so far down to this level was a hell of a shock to say the least.

But I am progressing and staying positive what more could I ask for!!

Felt a bit off last night woke up this morning neck and face felt swollen and anxiety was bad thought FFS sake I cant do this again, managed to trace it back to the pasta I had with the Bolognese it might not have been gluten free.
Feeling better now thank god fcukin amazing how something like gluten can really throw me,never been gluten intolerant in my life but its obviously causing a problem at the minute.

Todays graft legs and abs

Cable squats 16 kg = 8,8,8
SL curls 5kg = 12,12,12
Ext 20 KGS = 8,8,8
Calf raise 16 KGS = 12,12,12

Cable crunch 6kgs = 8,8,8
Sides 2kgs = 12,12,12
Seated crunch 6 KGS = 8,8,8

Breezed through this one only little niggle was lower back off leg curls nothing bad just something to keep an eye on.But I have been grafting hard on the vans lately levelling up and putting concrete pads in so its probably more down to that.

Sets going up next time round and then all the working sets will be in place so then its up the weights. My comeback has been great I didn't think it would go as well as it has tbh.

Strength is very slowly coming back I can also see a bit mass creeping in wether its muscle memory,a dodgy mirror or wishful thinking I swear its there LOL.

Still waiting for the juice but using the time wisely on a bit trt research every bit helps.

Good things happening in here by the look of it, glad to see your feeling better mate. Be interesting to see how the TRT works out as well.

I've been on Sertraline before, my biggest issue with it was the lack of sensitivity down there, I would last for ages with the bedroom antics, quite often was the case that I couldn't climax at all. Sounds great but it was really frustrating at times lol, I came off it for that reason alone. I googled it and found out that is often prescribed for Premature Ejaculation as well as being mental. I'm convinced pornstars must be on it lol.

Gluten really not something your body likes is it bud? Good job you can trace it back to what caused the issue.

I'm the same mate, I can have a little but too much and IBS flares up.  Best to avoid it as flare ups can effect the absorption of nutrients in your small intestine.  Well that's my experience anyway.

I know we can't discuss sources on here but I imagine you did your research on it mate. I don't know if dragon pharma is the same as british dragon but from what I've been reading british dragon used to be good but not so much now. Still we will see.

Nails I am currently taking L glutamine and it has actually calmed down the acid reflux and lower abdominal pain plus reducing the bloating so there is a improvement I was taking it a few year back and noticed my joint pain reduced dramatically I remember talking to DV about this at the time it was weird. Now I know gluten damages the intestine wall allowing food particles into the bloodstream initiating a auto immune response and also increases inflammation in the body hence when I took L glutamine it repaired the lining thus reduced inflammation and joint pain. Why is gluten in everything that tastes great LOL
