Spent today plumbing in new toilet, wash basin and radiator in the Yankees caravans wet room so involved climbing under the van fitting waste and water pipes and a lot of kneeling on a hard floor,it didn't do my knee any favours so dropped today's leg session and went back/bis  instead

WG pulldowns = 20kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 4kgs on last) can go up 2kgs nt
Facepulls = 8kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2kgs ) can go up 2 nt
Seated rows = 40kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 18kgs) can go up 2 nt
Rev grip pulldowns = 20kgs x 12,12,12 (up 4kgs) can go up 2 nt

Ez curls = 16kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs) can go up 2 nt
Rev grip 6kgs x 12,12,12 (same) can go up 2 nt
Db hammers 8kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs) can go up 2 nt

Fcuked up with seated rows was only supposed to go up to 30kgs but miss counted didn't realise until stripping down the bar it was actually 40 so considering it felt light that was a boost 🙌

Good session overall all lifts can go up next time round ,hitting all the reps with ease tbh strength is coming on well.

Need to seriously get my diet sorted I am just not eating enough I have a really sh1t appetite since becoming ill and need to be getting more fluids in as well.I was drinking on average 4-5 cups of tea every 2 hours now I have 3 cups in a day.Not sure what the hell all that's about.

I haven’t had sugar or sweetener in tea since I was 8! I cannot drink Sweet tea unless I’m hungover

Coffee on the other hand...

I am one of those pervs that enjoys tea without milk or sugar. Not for diet reasons, just prefer it that way.

Cheers Ox yeah these bloody caravans are bloody hard graft I came over here to retire then the Mrs has a brain wave lets open a residential caravan park and now I graft like hell I thought I was finished with manual labour...should have known better.

Weights are going up nicely nothing earth shattering but I am well happy I am at a stage where a extra 2kgs on a lift is a massive achievement LOL

Moving forward dude at a pain staking slow pace but at least its forward LOL

Funny thing is when I packed in smoking I ditched the sugar in tea and now (it gets worse) drink black decaffeinated and since getting the chicken pox in my 30's can't stand coffee I use to drink sh1t loads of coffee and now the smell turns my guts..bizzare

According to my journal I trained chest and tris 3 weeks ago that can't be fcukin right I have fcuked up somewhere 😟
Anyway if its right I have slightly improved again

Bench 40kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 8 KGS on last (add 2 nt)
Fly's 6kgs = 12,12,12 same as last time
Incline 30kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 8kgs on Lt (add 2 nt)
Pullovers 8kgs = 12,12,12 up 2 (add 2nt)

Pushdown 14kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 2 add 2
Rev grip 8kgs = 12,12,12 same as before add 2 nt
Rope flares 14kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 2 add 2

Starting to find my groove weights feel light on most things all reps hit no problem don't want to tempt fate but its going well.Diet is still sh1t but hopefully that will sort out just need to give myself time and it will all fall into place. But overall recovery is going well.

Tablet is dying on its @rse so a quick other news update

The Pagans have decided I need another reiki session on Monday so I will be lying on a padded pasting table for a hour nervously wondering if I am going to become a sacrifice to the green man.Give them their due though its weird but does actually work.

Now I am digging out for a septic tank and have hit a huge rock the same size as the one that chased Indiana Jones now I am all for breaking it up with the SDS chisel BUT my mate Louis (yeah him) reckons the best way is to drill it and then he will use some explosive thing to basically blow the hell out of it.

Now I know for a fact this man has explosives he uses them in his job and is always blowing sh1t up on his land and showering us in falling rocks but tbh he's a fcukin nutter  think of Tom off Father Ted and you have Louis.I will be honest one part of me is thinking hell yeah it will be awesome but another part is thinking its a bit close to my house so even if he doesn't manage to blow the fcuk out of all of us my home is going to be wrecked by big fcuk off pieces of boulder blasting through it.

Talk about being between a rock and a nutcase ( come on I literally just thought of that and its funny LOL)

So this week if I don't die on a sacrificial table my mate will blow me up....and I moved to Portugal for a quite life 😦

You should sell rights to your journal and get it made into a comedy series mate it’s class!

All sounds like you are going strength to strength. One thing I will add is you need to get the diet sorted. More fuel will help with the recovery and the lifting. Doubly so when the juice gets here. Putting a turbo on a car won’t do anything if there’s not enough fuel in it.
