You should sell rights to your journal and get it made into a comedy series mate it’s class!

All sounds like you are going strength to strength. One thing I will add is you need to get the diet sorted. More fuel will help with the recovery and the lifting. Doubly so when the juice gets here. Putting a turbo on a car won’t do anything if there’s not enough fuel in it.

Cheers Brett mate LOL

Your bang on mate my diet seriously needs sorting I am just not hungry during the day hoping the naughty stuff will boost this.I am sure the anxiety is behind the nausea so get the t up drop the anxiety and eat like a pig πŸ™Œ

LOLOL you are going to blow up a rock in your back garden???!!! Mate please film this! This journal is epic lol!

LMAO cheers Ox the Mrs has some serious concerns about it all as does my other mate Selso he told me he had Louis blow a rock up on his place and hasn't seen his cat since LOL I nearly burst out laughing when he said it but he looked quite upset about it so I bit my lip.
Selso has a JCB with a breaker attachment he bought it following the cat incident and has said he will come and break it up instead if I want ....its a safer option but I am still all for blowing it up tbh LOL

What a fcuk on I have had I ordered a new tablet off Amazon as the ones over here are fcukin useless anyway it turned up and all was great the next day we had a caravan delivered and the fcukwit didn't remove the boiler chimney and ripped the telephone lines down whilst backing in so waited a age for MEO to come out and replace them but finally back online so got a lot of catching up to do in everyone's journals.

I have still been training but can't be @rsed to list previous workouts but today's epic battle was chest and tris

Bench 46kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 6 kGS on last (add 2 nt)
Fly's 6kgs = 12,12,12 same as last time
Incline 36kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 6kgs on Lt (add 2 nt)
Pullovers 10kgs = 12,12,12 up 2 (add 2nt)

Pushdown 16kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 2 add 2
Rev grip 8kgs = 12,12,12 same as before add 2 nt
Rope flares 14kgs = 8,8,8,8 same as lt but add 2 nt

Another good one weights are increasing every time and moving the compounds with ease tbh but still sticking to the slow increases as its working a treat.I have found that using no collars not only makes it less of fcuk on changing weights but also keeps my form rock solid.Have developed a bit of a niggle in my wrist and no its not off self abuse honest πŸ˜‡ been doing a lot of graft on the vans and its irritated it a bit ,my fault as I normally strap it up when grafting but forgot.

Now I have had to increase my Valium back up to 2.5mgs a day I actually hit bad withdrawals last week when I came off and couldn't function to well,so the plan is to stay on this get the site sorted and then reduce and come off when theres no stress ,its the best option at the minute as I am under a lot of pressure so can't see the point in adding to things it's just not worth it.

But on the whole I am feeling really good and moving forward and that's what its all about ....god bless drugs and alcohol LMAO

Telephone wires.... are you saying you use a dial up system. You neanderthal

Good to see things are still on track (bar the blip in the valium last week, Mrs has the same dilemma with our stresses, changes in meds just bolloxes up the other stresses and sh!t then spirals). Training still moving positively and sensibly, it's not very rad, but it's certainly the wisest move

We are but simple folk over here trust me the wheel is still big news LOL

Cheers dude the Valium thing did knock me a bit,but I think sometimes I really jump the gun and think I am better than I actually am just going to take a bit time and although I really hate meds I have to resign myself to the fact they are helping me recover so stick with it and then ditch them later on.

This sensible training lark is taking some work to keep under control,I am not use to keeping things safe its just not me LOL

Do you use wraps on your wrists when lifting? Be careful especially if you do lots of manual graft bud. They take ages to get right once they go wrong !

Animal I do strap them on training as well as back and knees etc basically look like a mummy  just dropping to bits LOL

The thing is I normally splint my wrists when grafting (they are fcuked off a car crash) but for some stupid reason I forgot, luckily its just a small niggle basically a reminder to strap up in future.

The Mrs has decided we need a JCB on site it would be great for pulling the vans into position, digging in pipe work, moving gravel etc so is now looking to buy one she asked if I could drive on to which I replied "I have drove one before" didn't tell her it was on a ps4 game and it ended up in a ditch with both of us on fire 😱

But come on when someone's going to buy a digger you don't say "I am not sure luv" its a digger ffs.

Also so sick of my dogs barking at anything that moves I bought these spray collars that give them a blast of citronella when they kick off ,anyway George was sitting next to me and Scooby heard a mouse fart or something and set off barking his collar didn't go off but he managed to set off George's so the pair of got blasted with citronella.

George was sneezing and I felt like I had been on a demonstration that went south and got gassed by the riot police.I am sitting here with bloodshot eyes smelling like a scented candle ....I give up LMAO

LMFAO

People in the office are asking me what I'm laughing about whenever I read this journal!

Sensible move on the valium. Does it stay in your system long? I know you've been stepping down but if it stays active for a long time might be hard to judge when it actually dissipates and you are running on your own steam? Sorry -I know nothing about it.

My internet is fvcked too mate. Australia is finally switching to fibre and ditching the old copper wiring (welcome to the 20th century lol). I got switched over but the fvckers forgot to send me my modem, and the old one no longer works on that system! And tight fisted that I am as much as I love all of you I can't justify spending another 10 bucks to tack on another data package LOL

Brett from what I have read Valium tends to build in your system and when you come off withdrawal can take a bit time to kick in sometimes 3 days sometimes over a week.I really did jump the gun tbh unfortunately I need it to keep my body calm so it can heal, pretty much a necessary evil at the minute but on the plus I can get away with a really dose 2.5mgs daily so hopefully when I am properly recovered the withdrawal won't be as bad.

Australia sounds very much like over here LOL I live out in the sticks so technology hasn't reached us yet if your spotted with a mobile phone your classed as a witch and the locals come down your drive with flaming torches and pitchforks 😁

DV I haven't got it yet but applying the right amount of pressure so its looking good, the one she's looking at is nowt flashy think of a Mad Max death trap and you'll have good idea of what I will be driving LOL

Todays session was back/biceps

WG pulldowns = 22kgs x 8,8,8,8 ( up 2 on Lt ) can go up at least 4 KGS nt
Facepulls = 10kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2kgs ) can go up 2 nt
Seated rows = 42kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2 ) can go up at least 4kgs nt
Rev grip pulldowns = 22kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2kgs) can go up 2 nt

Ez curls = 18kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs) can go up 2 nt
Rev grip 8kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2) can go up 2 nt
Db hammers 8kgs x 8,8,8,8 (same) can go up 2 nt

Good session there ,back is starting to feel stronger every week not battling to hit any reps.Arms are feeling good as well ,curling is starting to get back up there again only thing was left bicep felt a bit tight and achey throughout nothing bad just a slight niggle but feels fine now.Overall well happy with that one.

Spent today installing laminate flooring in one of the vans now that actually should be FCUKIN LAMINATE FLOORING 😬 my knees are shot to hell off it click together my fcukin @rse more like push it with the force of Samson, swear a lot then whack the fcuker with a block of wood and a hammer.Job done πŸ‘·

Just been laughing with the Mrs about something that happened to one of my mates he was shagging a lass up the wrong un he pulled out and she farted and splattered him with a bit sh1t she is now known as Back draft

The things we talk about LMAO

Our laminate has blown thanks to one of cats who is hell bent on pissing everywhere, but she finds patches you don't see until it's fvcking soaked in and fvcked the planks, or she does it at midnight in the middle of the floor but it sits there for 8 hours until I get up. Bitch! Can't be arsed to re-do (or get new flooring) until she's passed on to moggy hell cos she'll only it again!

You talk to your Mrs...?! I mean mine tells me want to do and makes demands (anything BUT the sexual kind) then sighs at me and fvcks off out the room LOL... I hope your mate knows that 'black face' is really frowned upon nowadays

DV why is it animals are such a pain in the @rse you give them a home and look after them and all they do is wreck your fcukin house and make your life a bloody misery my dogs are doing my head in at the minute tonight I was eating my tea and Scoobs decided to puke up right beside me πŸ™‡

Your relationship does take me back to my ex LOL its refreshing to have someone that doesn't blame me for every fcukin thing that has ever happened still would leave in a heartbeat when our desert island comes off πŸ˜€

Brett I don't want to jinx things but things are going from strength to strength I think the key is keeping my fcukin ridiculous anxiety in check it just burns me out and runs me down,I have tried everything meditation ,tai chi, breathing techniques etc but nothing works as good as Valium.......give me the drugs LOL
