I got that reference sadly.

It's the getting up and down that kicks your arse! I had an old bloke come do my tiles. He got down on his knees and stayed there, and hired another fella to keep passing him tiles and cutting them for him lol.

My mams coming over in March to stay for a month and she's seriously thinking of coming over here permanently.I am going to try and convince her to live here with me fact is she has always been there for me so now its my time to do the same for her.

She has to put the dog in the kennels when she comes over and she was telling me that the kennel owner was asking her that if the dog passes over (she's old) whilst she's away what are her wishes. Now my mam told me she wanted to say "Have the dog cremated and don't worry just scatter her ashes where you see fit"

What she actually said was "just set fire to her and just chuck whatever's left" LMFAO Honestly I couldn't stop laughing especially when she told me she didnt know where that came from and the way the kennel owner looked shocked and worried LOL

You can see why I want over here she's class ๐Ÿ˜

I assume you have discussed with your mrs about moving your mum in, or will you stash her in a secret van out back

Today was a cautious session been running the beading round the laminate and my lower back and knee is feeling a bit tight so dropped ab work and strapped up well for shoulders

SA cable press 12kgs = 8,8,8,8 (up 4kgs on Lt) add 2 nt
Cable straight outs 8kgs = 12,12,12 ( same) could go up 2 nt
Cable uprows 16kgs = 8,8,8,8 ( up 6kgs) could go up 4 nt
As cable fly's 4 KGS = 12,12,12 ( keep the same)

SA cables felt good going up another 2 next time but don't think there will be much wiggle room after that.Up rows felt really light so plenty of room for adding more on them.SA cable fly's are more of a finisher so not overly concerned on weight on these and they burn like hell LOL

Lower back is still feeling tight so was a good move dropping abs for today ,overall a really good session starting to push things a little bit now but not enough to get me in trouble.

DV mate yeah since starting to get into a place where I have to push myself a little  bit is boosting my confidence overall which has a knock effect in a good way.Generally I can feel my mood lifting and self belief is returning.Starting to do more graft and taking pride in my work again.

Might sound strange but I have now learnt not to look at what I can't or use to be able to do and focus on what I can do now and be proud of it.Funny thing is the weights are absolute p1ss I know that, but every session I add 2kgs and hit all reps is huge to me this training is probably the most rewarding I have ever done.

Plus believe it or not even though my diet isn't great I am actually adding noticeable size .

I am booked in for some ritual sessions LOL I will book your Mrs in for the sacrificial service then we can get our island getaway .I have watched cast away a few times and got my Bear Grylls survival book coming off Amazon trust me we will be fine LMAO

Glad that your old dear is moving to you, pal. You'd said before that you weren't happy with how your sister was being with her. Least she'll be able to be herself at yours without worrying about what might kick off.

Your mum sounds like a riot mate lol

Very good to read how you are progressing both in the gym and in yourself mate. I honestly believe many sedentary people would feel better in themselves with proper weight training.

She under 5ft but  big fcukin trouble ๐Ÿ˜€ I call her Genghis Khan ! My mates are terrified of her LOL

Cheers Brett mate things are progressing all round, reckon your right that if people could get themselves a bit active it does the world of good.I still struggle to get motivated ,a lot ,and need a kick up the @rse especially after a day of graft but its paying off.

I have ditched legs at the minute ( not literally I still have them on for walking about and stuff);just training them would be a very bad move considering how shot to hell my knees are feeling ,calves are feeling off as well, this grafting lark is just killing them off.No need to add to it imo

So today back and his

WG pulldowns = 24kgs x 8,8,8,8 ( up 2 on Lt ) will increase to 30kg nt
Facepulls = 12kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2kgs ) can go up another 2
Seated rows = 44kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2 ) can go up to 48
Rev grip pulldowns = 24kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2kgs) start at 28

Ez curls = 20kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs) add 2
Rev grip 10kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2) add 2
Db hammers 10kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2) add 2 nt

Back work is flying along which is good as its always been my strongest part the weights are feeling very light on all lifts so that deserves a smiley thingy ๐Ÿ™Œ

Bicep work is coming on left still seems to get a bit tight no pain or anything just seems to tighten up under a bit load for some bizzare reason.Right wrist is starting its usual bitchy niggle as usual always does when I start working on the vans still doesn't get me out of work though ๐Ÿ˜ž.

Had to get under a van today for some bloody awkward waste plumbing job had to drag myself along on my back for a about 12ft which was great as the concrete pad it sits on isn't exactly what you would call a mirror finish. As I am not into S&M I didn't get a hard on just a ripped to bits and fcukin sore back

Really looking forward to running the water lines tomorrow as its the same thing again ๐Ÿ™‡
