Didn't get much sleep at all last night ( Now Eugene its not because of that LOL)

My mate Lou has a puppy which basically has decided my house is so much more fun to be in and lives here during the week whilst Lou is at work and goes back to his for weekends.Anyway she went missing yesterday and then turned up late at night staggering about, struggling for breath and spewing up blood things did not look good so as the vets doesn't open till 2pm I built her a bed out of blankets kept her calm and comfortable and spoon fed her water throughout the night when needed.I was expecting her to die tbh.

Anyway she made it through the night and been to the vets.Vet reckons she was hit by a car and after a full check up she only has bruising no internal bleeding or broken bones so now she's on 5 days bed rest with pain killers.I am fcukin shattered but bloody thankful she's alright.

Just another day in Rad land LOL

Bloody hell. I'd have thought with wheezing and spewing blood it would be a lung injury for sure!

Still it's nice the pup survived. Now for the full custody battle between you and Lou lol

Same Brett mate I thought there was some traumatic internal injury and basically resigned myself to the fact she wasn't going to make it so make her as comfortable as possible and just be there.

LOL @ the upcoming custody battle

She's well tougher than me if I was hit by a car and in that state I reckon it would finish me off,She's been walking round the house happy as Larry today as if fcuk all has happened LOL

Animal over here it happens all the time the Portuguese are really nice people but have very little regard for dogs etc I don't understand it at all ,the local dog pound is full of wounded dogs I found it shocking tbh.The vets there (who work for a pittance and are really caring people) told me they have never had a dog come in that didn't need urgent attention.

I am a big softie when it comes to dogs got 4 myself and the pup is such a happy little thing that's loved by everyone on site just did what I thought was the right thing and thank god she pulled through.

Little bugger was play fighting and trying to bite me today....there's gratitude for you LMAO

Today was chest/tris

Bench 50kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 4 KGS on last (add 4 nt)
Fly's 6kgs = 12,12,12 same as last time
Incline 40kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 4kgs on Lt (add 4 nt)
Pullovers 10kgs = 12,12,12 same (add 2nt)

Pushdown 18kgs = 8,8,8,8 up 2 can go up 2
Rev grip 10kgs = 12,12,12 up 2 can go up 2
Overhead rope pulls 10kgs = 8,8,8,8 add 2 nt

Its going great weights are going up nicely and can't say I am struggling with anything tbh just feeling stronger and stronger each session this slow increase in weights is (although frustrating at times) the best approach, keeps the confidence going up which is the main thing.

Changed tried rope pulldowns to overhead ones can't tell you why its a secret LOL

Right wrist is a bit uncomfortable at the minute and thought pressing might aggravate it but it seems to be holding at the slight niggle level thankfully. Will keep it heavily splinted for work as this is the cause.

Body is coming on well starting to see size returning again my Mrs even commented on my arms saying they were looking bigger although not as big as before 😞

Wait till I hit the juice they'll be fcukin awesome 💪

Need to source some 25g 5/8 needles just found they are missing from my medisave order contacted them and they are sending replacements out so sending the Mrs on a quest in the meantime she has great success with the chemists normally ,COME ON WOMAN FIND ME MY NEEDLES 💉 LMAO

Been streaming a few random films lately. Peppermint was alright and Mile 22 or something (Mark Wahlberg) was watchable enough. Saw that Girl in the Spiders Web too.

I do like Wahlberg in films have you seen pain and gain ? good film but disturbing to think its based on a true story.

The Mrs bought me the Clint Eastwood boxset 40 films to get through some classics can't beat a bit Eastwood.

Was watching Bill and Teds boxset (excellent adventure and bogus journey) that should be prescribed for anyone with depression just picks you right up LOL

What could possibly go wrong LMAO

Hello mate, finally made it back in! Looks like those training weights are coming up and if the missus notices arms are growing you are doing well!

CBD oil should really help mate..i'm about to start myself, too much science to back it up, be interesting to see how it helps you bud...are you taking it as drops? I was considering vape as apparently best way of getting it into the system.

OX Your back !!! LOL The weights are getting better ,the plus is they are actually starting to feel light so things are moving along nicely.

CBD oil is in the form of drops mate a woman over here produces it herself and they reckon its very potent so probably going to be off my t1ts LMAO.I had never heard of it tbh but after some research it seems like a very good thing especially to help my anxiety also is supposed to be great for helping me get off Valium.

Will keep you updated on how its working

In theory the point of cbd oil is that it doesn't have the thg (or whatever it is) content so you don't get the high... but who knows what that he concocted for you

A lot of the CBD oil in the UK is weak as **** and doesn't do a great deal, in terms of relaxing you. However, the stuff from the Pagans is likely to be kick ass, especially if they've not filtered the THC out properly!

LMAO at the digger purchase!

I don’t really know much about it, but isn’t smoking cannabis reknown for increasing anxiety in some people? Would have thought any oil made from it would do the same thing?

Solid work on the lifting mate. Did you get gran Torino in your box set? Fvcking awesome movie made me laugh hard in parts!

This is from the Pagans own source so it could be bloody anything I locked the doors last night before I took some just in case I blacked out and woke up on a table in the middle of some dodgy ceremony LOL

Odyysey I can confirm that this stuff definitely hasn't been filtered properly at all.Probably ran it through a colander I had a nice warm fuzzy buzz going on and felt chilled a fcuk will be getting more of this stuff LOL

Today I just ran shoulders going to keep to just having a shoulder day and run abs with legs next session

SA cable press 14kgs = 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs on Lt) add 2 nt
Cable straight outs 10kgs = 12,12,12 ( up 2 ) could go up 2 nt
Cable uprows 20kgs = 8,8,8,8 ( up 4kgs) could go up 4 nt
SA cable fly's 4 KGS = 12,12,12 ( keep the same).

Cable press is coming well on I think this is actually heavier than what I was doing before I became ill and plus it can still go up more 🙌

Straight outs were up again and can also go up,Up rows are feeling really light so I think 4kgs increases are the way to go.Cable fly's could go up 2 but will see next time how I feel after other increases on the rest.

Great session overall strength is really on the rise so well happy.I am starting to eat better and its showing things are sort of coming together now and gaining size OH HAPPY DAYS!!

Did my first ever sub q shot tonight don't mind admitting I was a bit nervous but it all went really smooth the Mrs sourced some 26g 0.5 needles for the shot and didn't feel much at all next shot due on Wednesday hopefully it will go the same can't believe I am juicing LMAO.

I have bought the digger now waiting for Selso to give me a date for picking it up I will post pics of my battered to fcuk death trap when it arrives , I better get my @rse on YouTube to find out how to drive a digger especially after telling the Mrs I know all about them LOL.

Louis picked the pup up yesterday and was more than thankful for what we had done for her,he asked how much he owed us for vets etc I told him to forget it he's helped me out in the past and still does so its the least I could do.

He asked if we had sorted out the boulder I said "not yet" he replied " leave it to me" and smiled in a very pyscho type of way.My Mrs said "you should have said yes" and looked a bit scared tbh😱

I got the huge feeling of impending doom and could swear I saw the grim reaper over his left shoulder LOL
