Might want to ask that in the test forum. I think you'd be alright starting now but more experienced folk are available over there.

In case you weren't aware aromasin = exemestane. It's the same thing.

It is more expensive as mentioned. I've got a box in my cabinet which I keep just in case of problems which I think is worth doing for anyone using PEDs.

I have managed to get some off the chemist (53 euros) they are great over here at giving you meds without a prescription I just send the Mrs in she's menopausal so they don't argue LOL

I have read to go low at first 6.25mgs EOD ,I am not sure if I can just go straight on , or have to wait  and let the adex get out of my system first.Just don't fancy the estrogen rebound

I'd wait 3-4 days for Adex to clear (48hr half-life) and as you've suggested 6.25mg eod is a good starting dose for the Aromasin, adjust as necessary.

OK today was legs, back and bis

Got a bit mobility back in the knee but its still not good enough for training also bit pain in right shoulder but sod it bit stretch might do it good

Pulldowns 8x36,8x38,8x40,8x42,8x44 (up on last one +2kg for next)
Facepulls 8x14,8x14,8x16 (16 for 2 next time)
Curls strictt 8x14,8x16,8x18,8x20 ( + 2 next time)

Progress is being made back work felt light but jus going to bet adding 2 to last lift, slow and steady.Couldn't find the collars for the ez bar so that kept my form nice and strict.

A short but good session weights are on the up and keeping good form throughout so can't complain.
Had a tight knot on right shoulder blade felt it free off on the first set of pulldowns it was one of them sickly feelings like bashing your funny bone.

Fookin hot day again I had the lovely job of installing new lighting into a static,it was that hot Satan walked off the job and sat in the van with the air con on!

Not sure your mrs will like being referred to as satan, mate.

Shoulder blade knots are ridiculously debilitating and ridiculously hard to grind out too.

Could even just be the way you slept. Many times over the years I've woken up with a nerve pain under my shoulder blade that has me walking around like Quasimodo for days. Gradually comes good. Ibuprofen and rest is usually the order of the day.

Cardio????........dude if your going to use offensive language like that we might have to rethink our friendship.

No plans yet mate I have a physical job and grafting in this 40+ degree heat is enough at the minute, might get myself another heavy bag in the winter my last one was the best thing I have ever had for fitness and burning fat.

The last time I rode was about 7yrs ago on a mountain bike which I still class as a Raleigh bomber with gears LOL.I did get some air wheelie bunny hopping a couple of ducks that were just sitting on the track but couldn't get to grips with it.And they wouldn't let me rent the mongoose bmx saying it was for kids.........sly bsatards!!

Sleep was terrible last night ,bloody tired today so not expecting much here, chest, shoulders, tris

Press 8x64,8x66,8x68,8x70,8x72 (move 72 down to last 2)
Fly's 8x8,8x8,8x8
Up cable row ,8x24,8x26,8x28,8x30,8x32 (+2)
Cable straights 8x12,8x12,8x12 (stay the same)
Tri rope pulls ,8x14,8x16,8x18,8x20

Hot and exhausted ,first set on bench was a struggle then got easier very pleased with bench progress so far especially only 2nd week back, thought I would be struggling with 40 lol.

Shoulders felt good that horrible knot seems to be just a slight dull ache now so hopefully that's sorted uprights were easy so +2 next time.Straight outs are proving a bit awkward due to knee why it isn't affected by uprows is weird, anyway stay with 12 at the minute

Tris MORE WEIGHT!!

Other news the weird goings on in my house are hitting new levels the bathroom latch has popped up and door opened by itself twice now and last night I was woke up by loud scratching under the bed checked and there was nothing there. The room felt spooky as fcuk

We have had a lad of strange things happen over the years shadows, doors banging, plates smashed on the floor, hearing a kids voice shout your name, things running along the decking never anything there and more.

I have moved to fcukin AMITYVILLE!!

How do you relate to a Portuguese poltetgeist? And why do they always break things and not fix sh1t up? I'd be out of there faster than my twat of stepson would head out of health food shop

I had to LOL at the stepson health food shop!!

The first ever night we spent here you could hear the light switches flicking on and off rapidly but the lights weren't coming on 2 days later we went out and came back to see plates smashed on the floor and the kitchen cupboard doors open.

Sounds strange but you get use to it although last night I did feel very uneasy.

We were talking to a fireman a few months after we bought the place and he told us the previous owner who had terminal cancer tried to commit suicide in our bedroom and he had to force his way in to get to him.

I kept telling the Mrs that late at night something was running along the decking and trying to force the doors there was never anything there. She never believed me until one night she was still up and it happened she sh1t a brick LOL.

I tend not to tell our residents its bad for business LOL

The wannabe ghost busters ,Christ they just make things worse LOL

I was talking to my mate Louis about it he said they all have their land and houses blessed over here (they are highly religious) so he's going to try to sort something. You know when you mention something and it just gets well out of hand.I am going to end up with a bunch of exorcists running about chucking holy water over everyone shouting devil be gone in Latin ,whilst I am trying to pass it off as a Portuguese custom.!!

I think I will just stick to selling statics get enough money together and buy another place and run the site from a distance that's what we plan to do

I blame the Mrs she picked this place ......I am picking the next one

Watch me pick something thats built on the gates of hell LOL

LOL The Mrs would disappear in a puff of smoke

I can see this turning into the ending of poltergeist with me saying "Awesome work holy dudes that's sorted it" as my house implodes and gets sucked into the earth.
