No mate I am not on a cycle I have started my trt therapy just running 100mgs a week split into two 50mgs doses e3 or e4d.

I might run a cycle at some point but at the minute just keeping to the trt and see how I go.

Probably was a bit heavy handed yesterday sites a little sore not inflamed,no heat or redness just a bit sore also felt a little bit off today but apparently this is normal when you first start ,something to do with body adapting and should settle down in a few days.

I tend to find sub q stings and causes mild irritation. I put down to the BA etc it's nothing painful as such I just know I've done it

I felt a bit ropey the day after my first subQ jab, thinking about it. The oil seemed to not be absorbed very quickly. Was fine every jab after that, but all my subQ shots sting worse than IM jabs

No, don't get any flu like feels, but then I'm either blasting or cruising, so cruising isn't like I've introduced something new

LMAO Imagine explaining that "Lou your pup didn't die in the car accident but unfortunately bit the dust when my mam burnt it anyway we've kept the ashes for you"

Hoping the trt does the job decided instead of running tests going to go off how I feel instead and once I consistently feel well run the tests and finally get what levels I need to be aiming at once and for all.

Then I will know what numbers actually apply to me,sick of tests coming back saying I am above the ranges but still feeling like sh1t so this could well be my best approach instead of chasing numbers if this makes sense.

Its probably because I did introduce something new and had a slight re action to it I was thinking sh1t have I done something wrong but today I feel much better LOL

Felt much better today and even felt bloody starving I have never felt hungry for a hell of a long time and been struggling to eat properly but today it was all go

Breakfast = homemade Texas burgers,2 eggs on toast, fried tomatoes (bacon isn't ready yet)
Snack = weider vegan protein shake (no soy, gluten etc)
Dinner = two cheese salad sandwiches stacked with salad ,seeded gluten free bread
Tea = baked potatoes liver and onion casserole loads of liver
Snack = protein shake
Supper =  2 roasted chicken legs, pickled onions, beetroot, cheese, errr 2 Dairy milk freddos and a mars bar and a apple LOL

Unbelievable how hungry I was today surely this can't be off the test e just seems strange I do shot and 2 days later I am starving not complaining though my diet has been really off and now coming back on track

Had a couple here today who want us to find them a caravan to be sited on their own land whilst they have their house built so we basically organise the purchase and delivery for them which is no problem we are getting quite a few of these requests lately which is another string to our bow so all good. Not a huge amount of profit in it but every little helps so can't complain.

Was just chatting and asked what they did for a living to which the replied they foster terminally ill children they have done it for years but now finding it just to hard to cope and want to retire over here.

I really didn't know what to say these people have done a unbelievable thing which words can't describe a very humbling experience and we will go out of our way to help them.

Sometimes we get bogged down in our own problems but when you meet people like this it really shows how insignificant your own problems actually are.

Can't be at all easy fostering healthy kids that you will be giving away to permanent families eventually let alone hosting children you know only have a limited time left

Today it was legs and abs

Cable squats 16kgs = 8,8,8,8 can go up 2 nt
As leg curls 5kgs = 12,12,12 can go up 2
Extensions 20kgs = 8,8,8,8 can go up 6
Cable calf 16kgs = 12,12,12, stay same

High pulley crunch 8kgs = 8,8,8,8 can go up 2
Side pulls 4kgs = 12,12,12 can go up 2
Seated crunch 8kgs = 8,8,8,8 go up 2

I have to face facts that I have to approach my leg work in more of a rehab sense than actual training I am never going to be able to shift serious weight as my knee just can't take it even off this light workout the back of my left knee is feeling tight. The best I can do is slowly build muscle in the hope it helps take the pressure of my knee a bit.

Ab work is going ok just got to watch my lower back on this .....FCUKIN HELL Maybe I should just ditch this whole workout LMAO

Next jab due just now😨 not drunk enough yet LOL

Other news I paid for my digger and Selso is organising to bring it over not long now before I am causing havoc and crashing through people's sitting rooms whilst the Mrs shouts "YOU TOLD ME YOU COULD DRIVE THE FCUKIN THING).

I have been in 4 yes that's 4 shops today this might sound like fcuk all but I haven't been in a shop for a long time just couldn't do it due to the anxiety and panic attacks but today I had very little anxiety and that normal I just want to get the fcuk out of here wasn't there.

Don't know if its a placebo effect or whether the test is working to me its a bit soon for test to have any effect but diet is still up (eating like a horse) and now getting out and about so something's going on

I really should stop questioning things and just be happy things are going well 😮

Went to the barbeque shop tonight the Mrs got a char grilled steak that looked like a elephants foot I went for the pork strips ,sides were baked potatoes and this cabbage and spinach thing which was awesome I wanted this mixed bean side but after talking with the owner found out it wasn't gluten free so had to ditch it😦

Bloody gorgeous food though and enough left over for tomorrow's tea as well and all for 18 euros absolute steal.
