Ab and core work is one one then best things you can do to help non specific lower back pain.

Have you tried any yoga mate? Proper yoga is very humbling but you see improvements almost weekly and aches and pains seem to improve rapidly.
MyProtein The Myprotein range not only includes the finest quality bodybuilding staples such as: Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate, but are also spearheading the sports nutrition market with innovative products.

Animal that was thinking tbh thought building ab strength would help take the pressure of my lower back as when I really trashed it the recovery exercises seemed to mainly focus on the abdominals

I have never done yoga but my Mrs actually has a yoga for beginner's DVD and after hearing what its done for you and DV It could definitely be worth a shot I really need to do something as my body is feeling really tight especially around the joints.

Will give it a go at the weekend and report back

Second jab last night went really smooth really getting the hang of it now I will be honest I have a phobia of needles so didn't know how the hell this was going to go.I got loads of tattoos thinking it would get me over it well I can tell you that doesn't work LMAO.

But worryingly I am starting to enjoy injecting myself for some bizarre reason maybe its the adrenaline rush .

Yet again I felt off again today but its clearing now just feel really drained and achey like the flu but no fever or snots LOL supposedly this normal until my body adjusts to the test and could take a few weeks for this re action to level out.True,bullsh1t ? I don't know seems to make sense though.

My new rigger boots turned up today I love rigger boots makes me feel like Snake Plissken just need a eye patch and rescue the President LMAO.

After a days sort of graft the fcukers wouldnt give me my feet back I was like a panicked kid trying to kick wellies off I had visions of having to get cut out of them by the fire brigade. The Mrs as usual was of no use in this crisis I really didn't find her hysterical laughter helpful at all

Must remember thick socks and riggers is recipe for disaster LOL

I'm wondering if the off feeling you're getting is the 'test flu' I've read about. If it is it will pass.

Being hungry is a great sign though. The increase in training and growth will fuel that hunger so not surprised you are smashing it down mate!

Has that boulder been blown up yet?

LOL Can you imagine hearing the news I was the best candidate for a rescue mission I would get my captives to just bloody shoot me on the spot if I thought someone like me was the rescue party

Brett that's a good shout on the test flu the symptoms are aching muscles, banging headache,a bit dizziness and some exhaustion will ride it out as its supposed to get better around the 3 week mark.

Appetite is still up so I know its not a virus etc as when I am properly sick I just don't eat.Its just ridiculous I am permanently bloody hungry and killing the fridge I have doubled the food bill which has went down great with the mrs 😲 LOL

I am seeing Louis at the weekend to sort out when we can blow up the boulder but keep that to yourself as my Mrs reckons its a really dangerous and stupid idea I did try to calm her down saying "when have explosives ever killed anyone" but I knew inside my argument was pretty flawed from the start LMAO

Back and biceps today had a few aches and pains going into this one this test is battering my body LOL

WG pulldowns = 30kgs x 8,8,8,8 ( up 6 on Lt ) + 4 nt
Facepulls = 14kgs x 12,12,12 (up 2kgs ) can go up another 2
Seated rows = 48kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 4 on lt) add 4 nt
Rev grip pulldowns = 28kgs x 12,12,12 (up 4kgs) add 4 nt

Ez curls = 22kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs) add 2
Rev grip 10kgs x 12,12,12 (same ) + 2 nt
Db hammers 12kgs x 8,8,8,8 (up 2) add 2 nt

Back work is coming on really well now strength is on the up but still trying to keep the increases at a good sensible rate hit all reps with ease.

Bicep work also went well ez curls are flying along and form is strict no rocking whatsoever by the time I hit hammers I was flagging a bit tbh l had to put a bit graft in on last set which felt good.

Figured out the tightness I was feeling in biceps is in fact due to the curl grip pulldowns only figured that today LOL

Feeling much better today seems to be the pattern do a jab feel off for a couple of days then pick up on day 3 hopefully this is will sort out in the next few weeks going next jab tomorrow πŸ™Œ

More likeπŸ˜±πŸ˜“ LMAO

Bought one of these yesterday and been playing with it today a awesome bit of kit although I didn't lock the chisel in properly so it sort of shot out of the end not a great start LOL,It weighs about 16 KGS which doesn't sound much but just gets heavier and heavier as the hours go by.My arms were aching like hell and the vibration off the thing was unreal but its great.

Was over at Lou natics today he told me he is getting the explosives from work to blow up the boulder and tried to re assure me it will all go alright I wasn't convinced tbh LOL

Also informed him I had bought a digger but had no fcukin clue how to drive it he said he will come over and teach me ,talk about the blind leading the blind. My mate Mick is very excited about the digger I asked if he had drove one he replied "no but I have drove a tractor" so I said "well that's a great start" to which he replied "my tractor driving didn't go to well though" apparently he smashed through two fences and just managed to stop it before it went through the side of a barn.

Now why do I think this digger thing is going to go t1ts up LMAO

That's looks like a homemade massage device in the making... replace chisel end with a firm rubber ball and massage those knots away in no time (or keep the chisel end on and get rid of them even quicker)

I get a touch sore on my left side, right side always fine. But subQ defo the way forward unless big doses are being used.

With all the kit you're getting and your mates explosives; you could make a war machine of sorts.

Yeah its weird right side always goes red but left nothing its still red today but did bang into table last night why is it when you have a sore spot you do nothing but keep knocking it and making if worse

LOL I don't think Tony Stark would have much competition from me and Lou we are more like a suicide squad

Cheers Ox mate training is actually sort of going well weights are slowly going up and recovery is getting better diet is through the roof so on the mend probably go down hill now LOL

Yeah started the trt last week and there has been some good small changes so far anxiety is dropping, mood is getting better and just feel generally better over all ,the test at first was giving me achey joints,a bit exhausted etc bit like a mild flu with no fever or snots but lately that has lifted.Funnily enough was talking to the Mrs about it last night she said she has noticed a positive difference so it looks good hopefully it will keep on going
Cheers mate

My digger has arrived and its a beast I am not sure whether this is a standard model or been modified by some Portuguese fruit loop the back arm is huge surely that's been added on.Granted its not a shiny new JCB but l think it has that battle scarred death trap look l like LOL.

Its got a bit of a hydraulic leak on the back arm that I need to sort nothing major just makes me love it more its done no fcukin work and its injured already I can relate to that LMAO

Anyway there's the YOB (yellow old b@stard) it needs a bit attention but once I have done the repairs and given it a spray job it will be awesome now need to learn how to drive the bloody thing LOLLIPOPS
