We're heading in to Mad Max territory now... convertible too, or straight up topless, but either way it's clearly the sportier spec model. When you say paint job are we talking proper re-spray (or maybe get her - is it a she - wrapped) or will it be a Hammerite job?

I think it may have had a cab but that got ripped off years ago.I was right found out its a John Deere 1830 and they were never built with a back arm attachment so some lunatic has taken it off a excavator and made it fit how awesome is that! LOL

The YOB will be getting a re spray I am pretty good with a spray gun tbh thinking a camouflage design would just give it that edge located a new seat as don't fancy sitting on the rusty metal one it has that has tetanus written all over it LMAO

A BMX style track would be a great selling point for families with kids (and families who are themselves just plain radical, dude)

Shoulders today

SA cable press 16kgs = 8,8,8,8 (up 2kgs on Lt) add 2 on last set nt
Cable straight outs 12kgs = 12,12,12 ( up 2 ) add 2 on L's nt
Cable uprows 24kgs = 8,8,8,8 ( up 4kgs) could go up 2 nt
SA cable fly's 4 KGS = 12,12,12 ( the same) add 1 nt

Starting to get near my proper working sets now so its time to get back to my usual add 2 to last set then move it down to 3rd set and so on till I rep it for 4 sets then start adding 2 to last again if that makes sense,it how I normally train so feels great to be actually heading towards it.

Uprows are not near working set yet so will keep adding 2 till then, fly's will be going up in 1's its a finisher so need resistance but strict as fcuk slow form is more the aim on these

Starting to get there now.

Bought a new seat and battery for the digger, need to repair rear excavator seal at the weekend needs doing before I can have my driving lessons so its a priority LOL

Mam is due on site today so a month of fcukin bedlam aheadπŸ™Œ

DV the first thing she said was "ooooh you've got a digger now that looks like fun" I can tell she can't wait to have a go that's why I need to get it up and running as soon as ,hopefully it will go better than the driving lesson I gave her years ago fcukin hell that was terrifying LOL

Its going to be a bizzare month that's for sure my mam is off her box LOL

Straight outs are when you face away from the stack with bar and cable between your legs and you raise it to shoulder level straight up avoiding your ball sack, uprows are basically upright rows but I give them technical terms so it looks like I know what the fcuk I am doing LMAO

Louis gave my digger the once over today apparently it also needs new hydraulic hoses, the rear bucket needs welding and he will sort the hydraulic seal.So tomorrow I have to disconnect the bucket and remove the seal and he will sort it ,the hoses will be replaced by his friend so its going well so far.

Like I know how the fcuk to remove the rear bucket FFS he did waffle on in Portuguese on how to do it but no idea what he was saying I did see it has a pin holding it on so will just smack the fcuker with a sledgehammer and hopefully it just drops off LMAO

After a brief dodgy lesson without the thing even running ,I have worked out it has 4 forward gears and 2 reverse and a lever for the front bucket although how it actually works was very sketchy to say the least ,we haven't even covered the rear bucket operation yet ,this has disaster written all over it.

The Mrs asked how it was going to which I replied "no worries love it's not as bad as I thought 😱"

Come on I am hardly going to tell her that I haven't got a fcukin clue how to drive it and will probably end up either killing myself or some other poor fcuker LOL

There must be YouTube vids on how to remove it, they have bids for everything. Teaching your mum tho, this has 2 advantages... it would seem you can easily jump off if in fear for your life but also, the YOB isn't likely to come off worse than the thing you hit so just ride it out like a mis timed rail slide

Got the bucket off just had to smack the cr@p out of 2 holding pins and it eventually fell off ,its now round a Lou's getting patched up

LOL My mam behind the wheel of basically a tank with no turret that's a bloody scary thought ,It was great to see my mams radness return though she's back to her old self and now seriously talking about coming here to live permanently .I think the fall down the stairs has finally made her realise she needs people around her my mam is fcukin stubborn but its finally dawning this would be a great move for her

Plus she can't drive a digger at home and trust me she's adamant she's going to drive it LMAO

We couldn't take my mam shopping today as were both well busy and although we cook all her meals and she wants for nothing, she's been telling people on site we are starving her and she's planning on digging a tunnel to escape and asking if they want in on it 😁

My Mrs said "we are going shopping tomorrow" to which my mam replied "thank god I have been eating marmalade sandwiches for 2 days and unless your called Paddington its just bloody not on "

LMFAO now can you see why I want over here LOL

Haha you sound well happy mate glad for you. Close family are a real treasure.

DV is right there will no doubt be YouTube vids on anything you need to find. People video everything these days.

Also FYI your straight outs sound like they are cable front raises.

LMAO yeah my journals tend to have fcuk all to do with training which considering how cr@p my training is its not a bad thing 😁

Loving the time with my mam mate she was down at the pagans van today and it was like the scene from Jaws when Quint and Hooper are comparing scars I could hear my mam saying "look at my head scar 18 staples it took to close it and I never got headache afterwards" PMSL
