I had a paddling pool..... for a good 5 mins..... I went in,the dog jumped in and ripped the side and we watched together as all the water p1ssed off through it.

A bit dubious about today's session still feel a bit off so not going mad ,knee still shot so a bit light work again, got myself a fan and training later....still feels hot lol

Light Leg ext 8x20,8x22,8x24,8x26,8x28 ( seems OK but knee felt tiight )
Cable rows,8x40,8x42,8x44,8x46,8x48 ( start at 46 felt light)
Rev grip pulldowns 8x32,8x34,8x36,8x40 (felt light 38 start next one)
Superset
Ez curls 8x14,8x16,8x18,8x20 (start at 16)
Tri cables 8x14,8x16,8x18,8x20 (

Decided to superset arms always trained bis and tris separate so giving this a blast instead felt better tbh.last set was burning.

Felt off at the start but by the end everything went good I think training later with the fan is the way to go.

Bit p1ssed that my knee is still crap but nowt I can do about it.

Its a bit warm, fans cranked to the max and I feel like crap so another dodgy session ahead

Press 8x64,8x66,8x68,8x72,8x72 ( got there but not great)
Fly's 8x8,8x8,8x8
Up cable row ,8x26,8x28,8x30,8x32,8x34 (34 last 2 next time)
Cable straights 8x12,8x12,8x12 (14 for last next time)
GM's 8x10,8x10,8x10,8x10

Did not feel great heading into this one ,had a busy day sorting out a combi boiler in a hot caravan so feeling spacey and worn out, didn't get much sleep but that was due to rude reasons so not complaining lol.

Bench was sh1t
Picked up a bit for shoulders then did some light GMs having moved tris to supersets its give me a chance to do some light work on lower back which is a weak point that needs sorting.

Me and pup had serious words last night after the little bsatard knocked a boiling cup of tea all over me and then had the fcukin cheek to growl at me when he was getting a right bollocking.

Little Sh1t. LMAO!!!

Cheers mate, yeah I dragged myself through it pretty shocked at how much that heat exhaustion drained out of me still not 100%.Ordered some electrolyte tabs you chuck in water going to use them when its hot and I am sweating like hell ,see if that makes a difference.

Training later with the fan and plenty of cold water is working better in the shed should have done it well before now but you live and learn lol

The AI therapy is going slowly but in the right direction, loosing weight off the belly and anxiety levels are feeling a lot lower.Sticking to the diet and eating every 3 to 4 hours is having a great effect on cortisol levels and feeling a lot better overall so hopefully things are on the mend.

Cats don't give you that sort of grief... mainly cos the littel cvnts don't give a crap about you one way or the other.

Can't believe you've been getting the work in still with the weather. Good news on the AI work. Is it still hotter than Hades' ring after Vindaloo?

Its not as hot as last week but its still bloody hot.

Moving training time back has helped a bit but still going into the sessions fcuked off the days heat ,I certainly pick my times to make a come back

Yeah the AI is looking promising just got to be careful not to go to low estrogen wise but I am on a really low dose till I find my sweet spot.......trial and error really

Good news about the estrogen.

Could you train first thing in the morning before the sun gets high?

It's another hot one I opened the shed tonight to be confronted by Colonel Nicholson asking if we had finished the bridge over the Kwai!!

Feeling not to bad going into this one, but my knee is uncomfortable

Light Leg ext 8x22,8x24,8x26,8x28,8x30 ( knee doesn't feel right)
Hams 8x8,8x10,8x12 (pulled a bit behind knee)
Pulldowns 8x38,8x40,8x42,8x44,8x46 ( +2kg next lift)
Facepulls 8x14,8x16,8x16 (16 for all next)
Superset
Rev curls 8x8,8x8,8x10,8x10 (3 of ten next time)
Pushdowns 8x16,8x18,8x20,8x20 (to light start at 20)

Caught me finger knuckle with the angle grinder today and ground a bit off it, so gripping bars is a bit of a painful thing, the good thing about grinder cuts is it cauterises the cut so there's very little bleeding it just fcukin knacks !!

Good one overall hitting reps without to much trouble I think its a better option to just nudge weights up slowly considering the heat at the movement  its best to be cautious. But pleased with the progress so far.

Have had a nasty headache all sodding day ,face pulls are dropped as its the cause of my neck and headache Chest and shoulders today hoping shoulder work might ease things.

Damn sketchy incline 8x48,8x50,8x52,8x54,8x56 (+2kg next time)
Inc fly's 8x10,8x10,8x10 (went for 10's felt better)
Sa cable press 8x12,8x12,8x12,8x14,8x14 (14 for last 3 next time up 2kg off last)
Cable fly's strict 8x4,8x6,8x6 ( up 2 on last start with 6 next time)
GMs 8x10,8x10,8x10,8x10

Don't know what to make of today I went into this fcukin exhausted with a banging headache and not expecting much.Hit all the reps easily and the weights can go up starting to wonder if test is on the up off the AIs.I have been feeling burnt out and weak for over a year now and today was the first time I felt  a bit core strength coming back.....happy days.

Overall a easy one today neck feels better although dull headache is still about.Finger is stiff so bending it was a bit uncomfortable but it didn't snap and fall off so that's a plus!

Drove through the village today and spotted Louis pointing at the church and giving me the thumbs up whilst looking very excited..............fcuk looks like the land blessing or half arsed exorcism is on!

Half arsed exorcism - I'm already visualising *that* scene from The Exorcist.....yes, *that* X-rated one!

Ps: full marks on the correct use of the term "superset" btw. It's extremely petty of me, I know, but it bugs me when people refer to a compound set as a superset. I turn into that 90's Harry Enfield character in the pub, who goes red in the face & goes ""Noooo!".

When you getting bloods done again, me ol' china?
