Half arsed exorcism - I'm already visualising *that* scene from The Exorcist.....yes, *that* X-rated one!

Ps: full marks on the correct use of the term "superset" btw. It's extremely petty of me, I know, but it bugs me when people refer to a compound set as a superset. I turn into that 90's Harry Enfield character in the pub, who goes red in the face & goes ""Noooo!".

When you getting bloods done again, me ol' china?

LMAO I am now even more worried about the exorcism!!

I am exactly the same dude p1sses me off when people change the name of things ,don't get me started on the front wheel stoppie..... its a rolling endo.LOL

You would have had your CW's rammed up your ar$e if you'd come out with the word stoppie at the bmx meet.back in the day.Reminds me when one of the lads went in for a kerb endo with added roll back....,.it turned out to be going over the bars, putting teeth through top lip and dragging face across the pavement for 6ft until coming to a stop.!!

Going to be running labs in about 6 weeks just to give time for everything to settle it does feel like this is making a difference its just finding the right dose and frequency that's going to take the time.

Knee doesn't feel bad but just sticking with light stuff at the minute ,got a lot of graft on and I know I will only fcuk things up if I push it

Light Leg ext 8x26,8x28,8x30,8x32,8x34 ( felt OK but no great,, start at 34 next )
Hams 8x10,8x12,8x12 (pulled lower back for some reason +2 nt)
Cable rows,8x46,8x48,8x50,8x52,8x54 (to light start at 54 nt)
Rev grip pulldowns 8x38,8x40,8x42,8x44 ( start at 42 nt)
Superset
Ez curls 8x16,8x18,8x20,8x22 (start at 20 nt)
Tri cables 8x16,8x18,8x20,8x24 (also start at 22 nt)

Getting amongst it now thought last session was a one off but strength is on the way up this session felt easy especially back work.Don't know whether it's a little extra test coming through or because anxiety isn't burning my energy off like it use to.

Arm work felt solid ez curls were light and tris felt the same.Legs is the weak point but that will sort in time.

Good overall felt a slight pull in right side lower back off hams but nothing bad could be due to not pulling square on due to my knee....... right compensating for left.

T'is blasphemy mate. An endo is an endo, end of.

Back in the mid noughties, a mate (maybe 7 ish years younger than me), who knew I used to ride BMX, was telling me I'd love playing GTA San Andreas because you could ride a BMX & pull "stoppies" in it. I had no fcuking idea what he was talking about & had to ask him to explain.

I managed (just) to control myself enough to not immediately bitch-slap him hard across the face for blasphemy, Was a close call though.

I did however go "Noooooooooo!" & turn red in the face.

DV Yes mate it was the curls its never happened before so not sure what's going on.

If you have back issues on ham curls or frequently pull it doing them try single leg. Worked for me.

Nice work mate.

Cheers Brett will give them a go instead ,is it standing or lying?

AI therapy update
I have progressed from night sweats to now waking up for a p1ss every couple of hours, stomach bloat and retaining water, anxiety is hovering about but not at the same level it feels as if estrogen is coming up.

I am going to slightly increase the AI dose for the next couple of weeks to see if it makes a difference

My reasoning is that because I am reducing cortisol levels test is on the rise but converting to readily to estrogen or fat is breaking down releasing stored estrogen back into my system.

Now because I have a homozygous COMT gene I don't remove excess estrogen/dopamine from my body very well so it can build. This gene is speeded up by testosterone hence my need to increase my test but it is slowed further by estrogen (the need for a AI).

Maybe I should just shoot myself lol

Yeah yeah, it might sound all that, but it didn't get you in to the X-men though, did it?

What is your aromasin dosing schedule btw? Remember reading basically 6.25mg ish, but have scrolled back a few pages on my phone & can't see it.

My ham curls machine is of the lying variety.

Hormones as you probably know take a while to level out. Sounds like you are doing the right thing with slight increases though.

FGB I was taking 6.25mg twice a week but now going up to 3 x a week was advised to start low and brings things up slowly to avoid crashing my estrogen and give 2 weeks to evaluate.

I would have been a great x- man although as agoraphobic man I would have to work from home.

Brett I will give them a go and see what happens.Your bang on about the hormones I really need to be patient and let things settle
Just wish it would hurry the fcuk up LOL

Sensible approach mate with taking it slow & evaluating.

Actual dosing schedule as well as the dosing level could be an issue also. End of the day, aromasin was intended for daily use, with a half-life of 24hrs ish, so maintaining reasonably stable blood levels dosing 2x p/w is iffy, so just the act of going to 3x p/w itself will probably be beneficial as well, independent of the increased dosage.

You don't really have much room to play with regarding dosing schedule though as from what you said earlier, the tabs are tiny & it only ever comes in 25mg sized tabs, bar UGL liquid version anyway & obviously you've got potential quality issues there.

You have my sympathy there as I've had a right game in the past trying to use pharma letto tabs, which also need chopping up for micro-dosing. Bastard things are usually convex also & never have score lines. Very easy to nuke estrogen with that stuff & become a joint creaking Mr Floppy!

Your test levels are still pretty good though, obviously!

I saw that happen once. Accident though. Kid had a twig / crap or something like that caught in his chainring & thought he'd better remove it. Problem was he was riding at the time lol. Tried reaching down whilst freewheeling & obviously shifted the pedals a fraction.

To add further injury & insult to an already serious injury, he jerked the bars round in pain & promptly went over the bars.

Almost as much as a fcukwit thing to do as the time "a mate"..... cough cough .....
just clearing my throat ..... thought that letting the tips of his trainers buzz over the front wheel spokes because it made a cool noise. What could possibly go wrong?!

Joint creaking Mr floppy LOL

I got myself some jeweller scales and a pestle and mortar, grind up the tablet weigh the powder divide by 4 and you've got your dose.I then weigh it out, split a old b6 gel cap chuck it in and your good to go.

I was probably over cautious with the dosing tbh so hopefully the 3x will bring more stability to things ,run it 2 weeks and make changes if needed.

I couldn't be arsed & just chopped them into little bits, guesstimated the bits into equal portions & popped them into empty caps.

Your way is much more sensible however.

"My mate" wasn't that old at the time, maybe 6-7 & got the shock of his life when his foot was whipped round, jammed up against the back of the forks & catapulted over the bars in the blink of an eye.

Really don't know how I didn't lose toes or snap my ankle. Was very lucky. Remember laying on the pavement more embarrassed than hurt & wondering what the fcuk had happened.

Sorry, was you trying to haves training journal?

I recall coming of my chromed up nightburner over the handle bars. Put my hand up to break the fall on my bike dropping on to me only to catch the wheel, resulted in the rest of the bike pivoting on the front wheel axis and dropping down clean on my nuts (and I don't mean my stunt nuts) - happy days regardless
