Rash guards for BJJ

I'm getting lots of friction burns, mainly on om forearms & biceps, under my Gi. I'm using a heavy weight Judo Gi. Would a Rash vest help?

I get these and more too, it's the nature of the sport.

I have bought a long and short sleeve rash guard as I find it helps a little but I also like the compression as it helps with circulation and posture a little.

Worth noting that summer is almost here so be prepared to twice as hot when rollin, if you use the vest.

Masaru is a decent UK based company and i recommend the short sleeved one
