Rate my Diet - and advice pls

Here is the diet I have been following for most of my journal. I am dedicated hardly ever cheat, and eat the same meals everyday.

I have gained 20lbs, and some size. [see halfway down for gains and stats:- http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1801052/mpage_12/key_/tm.htm]

11-03-07:-

Height = 5ft 8
Weight = 11st 7
Neck = 17 inch
Chest = 41 inch
Arms = 14.5 inch
Forearms = 11 inch
Waist = 33.5 inch
Legs = 20.5 inch
Calves = 13.5 inch

16-06-07:-

Height 5ft 8 [no change there ]
Weight = 12st 13 20lb gain
Neck = 18 inch 1 inch gain
Chest = 45 inch 4 inch gain
Arms = 16 inch 1.5 inch gain
Forearms = 13.5 inch 2.5 inch gain
Waist = 34.5 inch 1 inch gain
Legs = 24.5 inch 4 inch gain
Calves = 14.5 inch 1 inch gain

I feel I have gained some bf though, to be expected really on a bulk. I think that I might start a mini cut to get down to a nice bf level, then start bulking cleanly again.

Can anyone offer some advice regarding my current diet, or future plans etc....?

Note I have forgotten to include broccoli from my rice meals, and haven't added any of my 3 x coffee's per day.

    if youve got results off of it then fantastic mate. My only observation is it appears to be a bit too protein heavy. Also what kind of protein are in your shakes. Also for a 20lb gain and only a 1" gain on your waist that really good going too.

    Thanks but I am having the old vain thing you get on bulking in the summer [Doh! ]

    Protein is 80% Euro Concentrate Whey from Myprotien.

    Yep I think I am getting around 2.3g of protein per pound of bw.

    id simply say then replace the whey thats not PWO or having a solid meal followed by it 30 mins after with w protein blend that incorporates casein proteins and perhaps lower the protein slightly in favour of more carbs perhaps. Other than that i dont see any issues, very clean good sound diet that has obviously worked loads for you mate, very well done indeed, i hoe when it comes time for me to bulk if get even half the results youve got ill be pleased.

    100 grams of rice will be around 76 grams of carbs and around 350 calories, yes.

    I've been meaning to get some blend, cheers for the advice and kind comments.

    Does seem like a lot of protein that.

    Will I see any differences if I dropped it by say 50-100g?

    No Veg?

    Yes - I mentioned in my first post that I forgot to add broccoli in my sp/sh. I have 2 x floretts per serving of rice.

    Nothing, that is the nutritional value of plain boiled rice.

    If you dropped by 50-100 grams, would you be upping the carbs instead? ? ?

    I could do, but preferred not too TBH. What would be more productive? less protein and more carbs, or what it is now.

    Is my fat intake OK? I have flax seed caps also.

    Fat intake seems fine, however there could be a better omega 3:6:9 ratio i would think.

    If you want to keep things as they are then go with it.

    Excellent diet mate.

    One question though. You say you eat this every day? Wont your body get bored with the same meals day in day out? Could this hinder gains in some way?

    Im one of those people who enjoy eating - no matter what it is. I eat the sae things everyday and it doesn't even really bother me - esp with the results its given. My fav meal is my evening one which has added flavourings of a tomato sauce, onions, garlic. I hate feeling hungry so this diet is perfect for me. When I first started I tried basting everything in a spicy marinade and adding pepper to everything to give it more of a kick, however after 3 weeks my stomach couldn't take anymore spice and gave me chronic pains in the middle of the night and acid sensation when training - since cutting all spices out I have never felt better. I doubt me eating the same things everyday will hinder my progress, maybe if I am cutting I need to vary consumption on a carb up day etc, but other than that I should be OK.

    I may drop it slightly TBH.

    I have noticed that the milk values are wrong I put the nutritional values for 100ml not 200ml. Oh well - I will amend later on

    True - I find eating this much really easy, surprising how your body adapts. I couldnt imagine going on a TT style 100 carbs a day cutting diet as I am so hungry all the time!

    I don't think u would need to, 20lb in 3 months would mean a fair bit of fat been added on, I realise a slight increase in bf is to be expected but I would try and get a more steady increase at a lower pace or you'll need to cut 4 ages to get down to a good bf%
