Some healthy fats and EFAs would be a start.

What time do you go to bed? ? ?

8am - Is incomplete, add some carbs here.

dont eat cause you like it mate lol eat it to grow, you need veg and its good for you. now be told

cook the pasta the night b4, stick it in a tub and job done.

    Carbs Post Work Out

some people use simple carbs eg, malto, dextrose

i prefer oats, weetabix or bananas

great carb source mate they taste lovely, also flapjack made from oats are good -

trying to give you a few ideas to stop you eating a box of w.bix a day lol

8am take out the whey - have a bowl of oats - you need carbs here with the eggs

8pm you need the whey PWO with the w.bix

    you still have no EFA's

we are getting there mate !

to get your EFA's in mate

have a hand full of nuts a couple of times a day, brazils are good,
    have a handful of olives
change one of your protein sources in one meal for makeral - straight out the tin ready in 1 min

10.30pm - With the pasta, add some healthy fats from flax oil, seeds, nuts, natural peanut butter, oily fish, etc...

PWO - Reduce the protein here and add carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin.

Think about adding more fats to the diet -

    Healthy fats -

    Flax oil
    Flax seeds
    Nuts
    Natural Peanut Butter
    Oily Fish
    Fish Liquids
    Udos Oil
    Avocados
    Olives
    etc...

Agree about the EFAs but nuts and olives arent going to provide omega 3 intake.

Hi mate. As clattered says, you need more EFAs in the form of nuts oils etc. Looking better though.
