What intensity do you do your cardio? ? ?

How long is cardio for too, 30-60 is quite broad? ? ?

Diet looks quite low on EFAs, omega 3s in particular.

Add some with the last meal before bed.

Light cardio, like incline walking. And by 30-60...some days I feel like doing more, some less, and sometimes I add on plyometrics at the end thereby lengthening the time. i.e. 45 mins cardio, 15 mins explosive push ups and stuff like that.

Is all the fish not enough efa's? I've got mackrel and tuna in there, plus the peanut butter?

The salmon is good for your omega 3 intake yes, but the tuna will provide very little - none, and the peanut butter is more omega 6 and 9.

The best way to rate the diet is obviously on results, fat loss without significant muscle loss (a no-brainer). On paper it seems an appropriate cutter for a active athlete so i gave it an 8
