Here it is...(p.s. if you wanna add or change anything, just post). I think it's pretty good, just checking I havent left anything out. Been on it a week now and its not too hard to keep up.
7am Pre-Cardio 1 scoops protein powder, in water
7.20 Cardio 30-60 mins
8.30am Post-Workout 2 scoops protein powder, in water
8.45am Breakfast 3 eggs
3 eggs whites
11am Snack 1 tin tuna / salmon in spring water (130g drained)
12.30pm Lunch 1 plain mackrel (91g)
Morrisons Steam & Serve veg
30g peanut butter
3.30pm Snack 1 tin tuna / salmon in spring water (130g drained)
6pm Pre-Workout 1 scoops protein powder, in water
6.30-8pm Workout 60 mins
8.30pm Post-Workout 2 scoops protein powder, in water
9pm Dinner oat pancakes, chicken breast, veg
11pm Before bed 1/2 tub cottage cheese
