Everybody has inflammation in some form in this day and age due to the nature of our modern diet.
Things like Sugar, Vegetable-Oil, Fried Foods, Refined Flour, Dairy, Artificial Sweeteners and Additives, Saturated Fats. Grain fed and processed meats, transfats and alcohol cause inflammation in the body.

What even ones that include food from the nightshade family?
Also, not ignoring the fact that most of the things on that list were actually plant-based...
