Ravioli

If you were on a budget, would this be a decent choice for bulking?

As in fresh ravioli, or tinned stuff?

My answer is, if you're on a budget, get what you can afford... Sounds silly I know, but with bulk suppliers doing such great deals, and even supermarkets selling things like basic oats for 49p etc, you can save some good cash if you shop round and choose less fancy stuff.

In terms of ravioli... Look at the back of the label and check out the ingredients. If it fits with your macro goals and price range, I don't see why you can't have it.

Anything goes on a bulk as long as your meeting your protein requirements and eating the target calories.

As for bulking whilst staying healthy, that's a different matter.

Ravioli entirely depends on what the content is.  If it's just pasta stuffed with lean mince, tomato and a bit of basil, then sounds fine, but I doubt that's what it is.  Read the nutritional info and if it meets your macros then go for it.  You can always have some whey alongside to up the pro content if it's failing in that area.
