Anything goes on a bulk as long as your meeting your protein requirements and eating the target calories.
As for bulking whilst staying healthy, that's a different matter.
Ravioli entirely depends on what the content is. If it's just pasta stuffed with lean mince, tomato and a bit of basil, then sounds fine, but I doubt that's what it is. Read the nutritional info and if it meets your macros then go for it. You can always have some whey alongside to up the pro content if it's failing in that area.
